After observing the buildings found that building of Sh. Sunil Chikkara is best suitable for
shifting of District Office Rohtak.
Further, it is also informed that present building is not good for office use ,
discripecies already mentioned in this office letter dated 19.12.2015.

connection it is stated that :1. There is no PEG Godown constructed on the name of Smt. Narayani Devi W/O Sh. Suraj Bhan
under District Office Rohtak.
2. The distance from Rohtak Railway station to PEG Joginde Pal and Usha Parmar was 18.3 KM
and was remeasured and declared 14.2 KM on 10.09.2015 and rate was revised from Rs. 3.18
per Qtl. to Rs. 3.42 per Qtl. w.e.f 10.09.2015 ( As per metting of HLC held on 27.07.2015).
3. A letter No. Engg/RTK/PEG/2011-12/4691 dated 23.01.2012 was issued to DM Hafed Rohtak
regarding remeasurement of Distance of above botyh the godowns.

Warning
Whereas a Show Cause Notice bearing even No. 3637 dated 03.12.2015 was issued
against Sh. Krishan Chikkara, Manager (D) FCI FSD Sonipat vide which he was asked to explain
why not disciplinary action should be initiated against him for following lapses: A committee of three Managers was deputed by FCI District Office Rohtak to conduct Physical
Verification of wheat stock stored at FSD Sonipat , committee has conducted the PV on 25.11.2015
to 26.11.2015 and submitted its report which was duly verified by the Manager(D) and Shed
incharge FSD Sonipat. Committee vide its report reported 109 Bags of wheat excess in FSD
Sonipat.
From the above mentioned committee report it is evident that at FSD Sonipat
misappropriation of stock has been done .
Whereas in reference to above said SCN Sh. Krishan Chikkara , Manager(D) submitted
his reply vide letter dated 15.12.2015 and in his reply he said that Custodian of the stock Sh.
Punit Kumar and Deepak are responsible for such variation as they never pointed out or brought in
to his notice regarding the excess bags.
On perusal of the reply submitted by Sh. Krishan Chikkara it seems that Sh. Krishan
Chikkara was the supervisory officer of the custodians and it was his duty to do proper checking of
stock and maintenance of the record. Therefore he cannot escape from his responsiblities.
Thus , Sh. Krishan Chikkara , Manager (D) is hereby given Recordable Warning
to be more careful in future and keep proper check and control of depot stock , operation and his
subordinates.
