Pathfinder House Rules

Heighten Spell is removed. All casters can slot lower level spells in
higher slots at will. There is no extra time for casting like this, it just
takes a higher slot.

Combat Expertise, Deadly Aim, Lunge and Power Attack are removed.
Anyone who meets the feat prerequisites can use these feats at will.

Point Blank Shot removed, may be used with +1 BAB. Precise Shot
replaces it in every instance of feat progression (prerequisites for
feats / classes)

Agile Manuevers & Weapon Finesse removed. Any weapon that would
be useable with weapon finesse (or like it, such as with some class
abilities) gains the Finesse special quality. Agile Manuevers effect now
automatically used with all Finesse weapons.

All Improved _______ (Combat Manuevers) feats changed. You trigger as


normal without either feat
Improved Power Manuevers - You don't trigger Bull Rush, Drag,
Overrun, or
Sunder AoO's unless they also have this feat.
Improved Deft Manuevers - You don't trigger trip, disarm, dirty
trick, feint,
reposition, or steal AoO's unless they also
have this feat.

Weapon Focus & feats of that nature select weapon groups (like the
fighter), not individual weapons

Mobility feat merges with Dodge feat

Double Slice feat Merges with Two Weapon Fighting, Improved Two
Weapon fighting functions the same but also reduces all Two-Weapon
fighting penalties by another -2, Two-Weapon Rend is merged with
Greater Two-Weapon Fighting
- 6th Lv Monks Flurry of Blows gains +2 to all of the attacks
- 11th Lv Monks get Two-Weapon Rend if the attack made
immediately prior
their current attack also hit, only
useable once per round.

At 5th, 10th, 15th, & 20th Level, all characters can select one skill or
crafting feat (At GM's discretion, could also be an unchained skill feat)

- Skill feats all gain 1/day - Reroll any d20 roll using said skill
before results are
revealed. Only useable on skills modified by
the feat

Crafting rolls targeting number no longer uses silver amounts of item


in question, but its gold value (divide all crafting targets by 10). Swift
Alchemy crafts using the base crafting cost in gold (not value). (Same
bonus as the normal crafting, divided by 50%)

Add your CR to aid anothers on Skill rolls, to a maximum of your ranks


in the skill.

When rolling for HP at level, roll twice for HP & take the better. NPC's
receive 50% more hp in all situations.

Languages & Weapon Proficiencies can now be trained in downtime


(Both using Language downtime rules - 20 days). You can only ever do
this 3 + 1/2 Your CR times + Your Intelligence OR Wisdom modifier. But
you can retrain one of these things into another.

Charging - You may charge instead at any square where you threaten
the opponent to make your attack.

Appraise - Additional use of the skill, DC 15 = 2% off the price, every


1% above the 15 gains another 1% off price. Maximum should be
limited by shop wealth, city wealth, and how the character is viewed.
Failure by 5 or more should increase the cost by 4% to start and
another 2% each additional point of failure. NPC's might add their
mental stats to the DC if particularily resilient to discounts.
