Work Description
M2: Supply and apply external plaster for walls consists of two layers which are
lining and final coat over the sprayed material on walls. The spread mortar consists
of cement and sand at a ratio of 450 Kg cement /m3 sand then grouting and chords
are made using the level. The lining is made from a mortar consists of sand added to
it 150 Kg cement /m3 of this mixture and the walls that will make a hammer finish
are smoothed and cleaned using tools. The spraying mortar consists of three parts:
white sand, one (1) part rough sand, two (2) parts lime stone, one (1) part rough
sand, two (2) parts lime stone, one and half (1.5) pieces of white or colored cement.
While the smooth parts consist of final coat mortar: (4) parts of white sand, two (2)
parts lime, one and half (1.5) parts of white or colored cement according to the
specifications. The item price includes making the special scaffolding without
making holes in the walls & geometric measurement for all executed works at
facades. The item price will be approved for each completed square meter and
breaking grouting and chords & refilling with plastering mortar before executing the
.final coat

cm in both directions and the suspension bars are wrapped and levered using bars on
the mesh bars such that they follow the required levels, planes and shapes & the
mesh overlap at joints must not be less than 5 cm and the welded parts lie under the
bars mesh even if the network is tightened in case the metal mesh plate width is not
enough for the mentioned 40 cm. The bars mesh ends must be fixed at the walls in a

double and of weight up to 125 Kg according to the approved specimen by the
supervising authority and the enclosed drawing. The work is achieved according to
the stipulations and technical specifications of the item (22.1) finalizing the work
according to the excellent specifications and the directions of the supervising
engineer.
