Job description:
Scheduling of customer orders according to their emergencies (Fluent production management approach after the development of the Manufacturing and Sales
Plan - Master production schedule - MPS (ERP monitoring activities).
Ensure the implementation of programs, in accordance with standards of productivity, quality, and safety.
Development and analysis of indicators for monitoring and production management "KPI"(labor efficiency, FTQ, PPH,).
Treatment of non-conformities: monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (5why, QRQC, Problem Solving Techniques)
Work with the Supply Chain department for analysis of the production load and ensure the adequacy of resources in the production plan.
Establishment of action plans based on the results obtained to customer audits, intragroup and ISO.
Improvement cycles and flow diagrams for better: Security - Quality - Productivity.
Removal of wasted time (Mudas), through the implementation of several projects (5S, Hoshin, Kaizen, SMED, ...)
