Panel Board and Switch Gear

The metal clad panel boards supplied and installed under this contract
shall be complete with all the required accessories such as neutral bars,
earth bars, fixing materialetc.The Enclosures may be used as a
ELSTEEL OR equivalent Brand.

Renovation work on Year 3 building perimeter

Floor rendering for the pavement and "U" drain at Badminton Court End
Rates shall include for all temporary rules, screeds, grounds, etc. for
raking out joints of new brick work or hacking new concrete for key,
internal and curved angles, joints between different surfaces and
between new and old plastering, arises, quirks, intersections between
curved or irregular surfaces, etc and all making good around pipes,
sanitary fittings and the like.

Supply and Fix 110 mm storm water line with necessary fixtures to lead
the Year 3 back side drainage
Construction of man hole internal size: 300x300x300 mm depth, 150
mm the. Gr. 25 R.C.C. base, 150 mm thk. R.C.C. walls and concrete
cover slab. Rate shall include for excavation, piping .

Valance board in treated hard wood "Balaw" or equivalent thick fixed to

sides of rafters and finish with primer under coat and two coats of
enamel paint.

Renovation Work on Security Post at Swimming Pool

Rates for roof shall include for total timber roof frame work consisting of
rafters, wall plates, ridge plates, pole plates, hip rafters, beams, valley
rafters etc., necessary for total completion of roof frame work.
