Rezistentele tubulare flexibile WEMA-flex cu sectiunea

The flexible tubular heater WEMA-flex with a round section

resp. WEMA-flex square with a square section (contact
surface 75% !) is delivered in various sizes and can be
bent by hand to fit into nearly any 2D or 3D contour and
groove.
The outer sheath made of braided metal sleeve adapts to
any shape and presses itself equally into any groove on
the surface without gaps. This garantees optimal conduction even when under duress.

Sfaturi de instalare
1. Datorita constructiei si materialelor alese pentru
rezistentele tubulare flexibile, tulpina termica este de
importanta redusa pentru procesul de indoire.
2. Realizati un canal de insertie conform desenelor
noastre. Evitati crearea marginilor ascutite pe canalele
de insertie, prevenind astfel orice deteriorare la
invelisul exterior al rezistentelor tubulare. Deteriorarea
invelisului metalic exterior nu afecteaza in mod necesar
functionalitatea.
3. Rezitentele tubulare sunt marcate la mijloc, astfel
introducerea lor in canelura incepe de la acest punct.
4. Va recomandam utilizarea unui ciocan de cauciuc
pentru indoirea rezistentelor tubulare.
5. Raza minima de ndoire la mijloc este de 14 mm.
6. La 10 mm de punctul in care tubul rezistentei tubulare
este presat, devine rigid si nu poate fi remodelat.
7. Zonele neincalzite sunt echipate cu tub din otel
inoxidabil. Dupa introducere, zonele din otel inoxidabil
ar trebui sa fie proiectate la distanta de cca. din
lungimea lor fata de piesa.
8. Din motive termo-tehnice, o placa izolatoare sau un
invelis de otel este recomandata pentru montarea
rezistentelor tubulare.
9. La conectarea la pinurile filetate, cuplul fortei in
momentul fixarii nu trebuie sa depaseasca 3 Nm.
10. La conectarea firelor electrice trebuie folosite
conductoare rezistente la temperaturi.
11. Atentie:
Rezistentele devin foarte fierbinti in timpul functionarii.

3.32
Installation tips:
1. Because of the construction and the materials chosen
for flexible tubular heaters thermal strain are of little
significance for the bending process.
2. Make an insertion groove according to our drawing.
Avoid creating any sharp edges on the insertion
groove, thereby preventing any damage to the outer
shell of the tubular heaters. Should the outer metal
meshwork be damaged in any way this does not necessarily impair the function.
3. The tubular heaters are marked in the middle so that
insertion in to the groove begins from this point.
4. We recommend using a rubber hammer to bend the
tubular heater.
5. In the middle the minimum bending radius is 14 mm.
6. 10 mm beyond the point where the tube is pressed on
the tubular heater is rigid and cannot be reshaped.
7. The unheated zones are fitted with stainless steel tube.
After insertion the stainless steel areas should project
from the tool by approx. of their length.

8. For thermo technical reasons an insulation plate or a
steel cover is recommended for mounting the tubular
heaters.
9. When connecting to the threaded pins the torque for
fixing the nut should not exceed 3 Nm.
10. Heat-resistant wires should be used for electrical connections.
11. Attention:
The heaters become very hot during operation.

recomandat pentru injectare directa.
Aceasta duza este utilizat de obicei la productia pieselor

Functionare:
Varful duzei, care se misca axial in duza este tinuta in
pozitia inchisa de catre forta arcului. Presiunea topiturii,
care iese din unitatea de extrudare impinge varful duzei
inapoi si deschide gaura pentru injectare la presiunea de
180 bari. Dupa procesul de injectare si scaderea presiunii,
duza se inchide din nou, in functie de miscarea arcului.
Function:
The needle which moves axially in the nozzle is held in
the closed position by the force of the spring. The melt
pressure, coming out of the extrusion unit pushes back the
needle and opens the hole for injection at 180 bar. After
the injection process and pressure decrease, the nozzle is
closed again, according to the movement of the spring.

Functionare:
Comparativ cu duza de injectie actionata prin arc, orificiul
de injectare a duzei actionata prin forta poate fi deschis in
orice moment fara pierdere de presiune.
Deschiderea si inchiderea duzei este controlata
hidraulic sau pneumatic. Sistemul de inchidere fiabila
separa curgerea materialului topit la un punct predefinit,
determinat de proces. Controlul deschiderii si inchiderii
este integrat in unitate si este foarte compact. Pozitia
levierului poate fi selectat in orice pozitie. Duza poate fi
manipulata, de asemenea, de catre brat sau cabu.

Comparing to the spring operated nozzle, the injection
hole of the power operated nozzle can be openend at any
time without any pressure lost. Opening and closing of
the nozzle is controled by hydraulic or pneumatic advise.
The reliable shut-off system separates the melt flow at a
predefined point determined by the process. The control
of opening and closing is integrated into the unit and very
compact. The position of the lever can be choosen at any
position. The nozzle can be manipulated also by pole or
cable.

Dispozitivul permite utilizatorului verificarea elementelor

de incalzire si a termocuplurilor, inainte de a incepe o noua
etapa de productie.
The testing device allows the user to check the heating

elements and thermocouples before starting a new
production run.
Verificarea se realizeaza cu ajutorul unui aparat digital de

masura a temperaturii, care afiseaza direct temperatura
actuala a zonelor din matrita. Cu un comutator rotativ,
fiecare termocuplu (pana la douasprezece) poate fi afisat.
The check is done with the help of a digital temperature

meter which directly displays the actual temperature of
the zone in the mould. With a rotary switch every single
thermocouple (up to twelve) can be displayed.
In cazul in care termocuplurile si cablurile sunt in

regula, aparatul va afisa temperatura corecta actuala. O
defectiune la cablurile de conectare sau la termocupluri va
afisa mesajul Err 4 pe aparat.
If the thermocouple and the cable are okay the correct

actual temperature will be displayed on the meter. A
malfunction in the connection cable or the thermocouple
will display the message Err 4 on the meter.

Pentru a verifica elementele de incalzire, este masurata
rezistenta electrica a fiecarui element. Puterea corecta va
fi calculata si afisata pe un ecran separat.
To check the heating elements the electrical resistance of

each of the elements is measured. The correct wattage will
then be calculated and displayed on a separate display.
Doi conectori separati sunt disponibili pentru conectarea

dispozitivului de testare la matrite. Un conector multipin cu
16 respectiv unul cu 24 pini. Pentru ambii conectori, iesirea
pinilor va fi realizata conform specificatiilor dumneavoastra.
Puteti alege producatorul si tipul conectorului.
There are two separate connectors available for the

connection of the testing device to the mould. One 16 pin
multipole connector and one 24 pin multipole connector.
For both connectors the pinout will be finished to your
specifications. You can choose the manufacturer and type
of the connectors.

Dispozitivul de testare permite utilizatorului verificarea

unitatii de control a temperaturii si conexiunea cablurilor
pentru matrite.
The testing device allows the user to check the

temperature control unit and the mould connection cable.
Pentru a verifica unitatea de control a temperaturii si

conductoarele, cablul de conectare trebuie deconectat
de la matrita si conectat la dispozitivul de testare. Modelul
S4710 foloseste termocupluri incorporate separat pentru
fiecare zona de control. La testare, fiecare termocuplu
solicita puterea de iesire de la unitatea de control a
temperaturii. Daca unitatea de control a temperaturii
functioneaza corect si cablul de conectare nu este
deteriorat, lampa de semnalizare pentru zona de control
respectiva va lumina rosu. O defectiune a unitatii de control
a temperaturii sau a cablului este indicata daca lampa
de semnalizare nu se aprinde. Cu ajutorul dispozitivului
de testare puteti localiza o defectiune posibila in cel mai
scurt timp pentru a afla daca intreruperea productiei este
cauzata de un cablu deteriorat sau de unitatea de control
al temperaturii in sine.
To check the temperature control unit and lead the

connection to the mould must be removed and connected
to the testing device.
The S4710 uses separate built in thermocouples for each
control zone. When testing, each thermocouple requests
the power output from the temperature control unit. If the
temperature control unit works fine and the connection
cable is not damaged the pilot lamp for the respective
control zone will light red. A malfunction of the temperature
control unit or the cable is indicated when the lamp does
not light up.
With the help of the testing device you are able to
locate a possible malfunction in no time to find out if the
production disruption is caused by a damaged cable or the
temperature control unit itself.
