website www.nitpy.ac.in) should be produced at the time of interview along with the
original certificates and one set of self attested photocopies of the certificates in support
of qualification and experience with a valid Government I D card.
Terms and conditions:
For Non-Teaching posts the nature of appointment is purely temporary for a period
of 11 months.
For Teaching posts the nature of appointment is Purely temporary for a period of one
semester. However, based on the performance and the need of the institute the
services may be extended for one more semester. (normal semester duration - 5 to 6
months)
One month notice is required on either side to quit the post.
Preference will be given to the candidate having Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
The selected candidates will be required to join immediately.
Canvassing in any form will render a candidate ineligible.
Separate applications must be submitted for each discipline/post if a candidate is
applying for more than one discipline/post.
Institute reserves the right to select or reject a candidate without assigning any
reason/s thereof.
The institute reserves the right to defer or cancel the advertisement at any stage of
processing without assigning any reasons, if required.
The institute reserves the right to place a reasonable limit on the total number of
candidates to be called for test or interview. Mere fulfillment of qualification does not
entitle a candidate to be called for test or interview.
Applications sent by post/email will not be considered by the institute. The
candidate should submit the filled application at the time of registration.
Registration will be closed by 9.30 am on the given dates. Candidates will not be
entertained thereafter.
