Duties & Responsibilities:

I have good working experience of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical

and updated fieldwork knowledge.
Correct unsafe conditions as reported.
Conducting toolbox meeting on daily basis in the premises.
Prepare JSA for every new job commencing in the site.
Making and filling checklists for all the equipment and vehicles
arrived at site to ensure the absolute safety.
Ensure that all subordinates follow the work permit procedure.
Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings.
Check PPE of site employees to make sure they are in good
order, and readily available to employees, if not communicate to
supervisors to provide full PPP's to employees before job
commences.
Performing inspection of elevated work location to make no fall
hazards and as well as ensure hundred percent fire containment
by fire blanket for hot work- welding, grinding and Gas cutting
etc.
Attend job progress, safety co- ordination meeting with client

Control all employees and perform inspections for safety and
give instructions regarding health and safety.
To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the
organization and encourage workers to comply with safety rules
and regulations onsite by giving them rewards as best safety
man of the month or year or financial awards to encourage
behavioral safety.
Daily progress report gives to Safety Supervisor or Safety
Manager.
Conducting training of basic orientation, fall protection, confined
space entry, whole watch and permit receivers.
Checking hot work permit, cold work permit, electric work
permit, confined space entry permit, elevated work permit,
excavation permit, and vehicle entry permit.
Conduct of job safety analysis and hazards identifications.
To educate the supervisors and workers to follow safe working
practices.
Preparation of Accidents& Incidents reports.
To respond to employees safety concerns.
To arrange for Occupational Health and Safety testing and/or
evaluations of the workplace by external agencies/consultants as
may be necessary.
To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety,
including first aid, accident prevention and investigation, work

point slides and using portable fire extinguishers for practical

Conduct monthly inspection of moving equipment and fire
extinguishers, ladders etc.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly projects safety reports,
weekly progress meetings.
Investigate all fire safety related incidents.
To ensure and monitor that palletizer and bagging checklists are
filled on hourly basis by the concerned operators.

To ensure safety and monitor Sea Bulk operations being carried

out in accordance with Safe System of Work.
To monitor loading, unloading, stacking and preparation
activities inside the premises of warehouse.
To ensure the vehicles coming inside the warehouse premises
are following the specific site traffic route plan.
To conduct inspections and walk through observations of
Bagging and Palletizer areas for any safety violation , taking
prompt corrective actions and communicate to concerned
supervisor to make sure such violations not repeated in his
authorized area.
Fire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke and
heat detectors.
Maintain all safety related incidents documents such as
weekly/monthly inspection reports, fire extinguishers inspection
reports, incident investigation reports and injuries reports etc.
Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding.
To conduct induction training for newly inducted employees.
Checking hot and cold work permits, confined space entry
permit, elevated work permit, excavation permit, and vehicle
entry permits in warehouse premises.
Checking PPE of onsite employees to make sure that they are in
good working condition.
To assume other duties as may be assigned.
