Creating a Unit
Click Add Unit to get started. Enter the unit title, start date and duration. The unit
can also be marked as an Interdisciplinary Unit to be shared with another subject
and shared with other grades. When complete, click Save and Next.

Assessment
Under the Assessment tab, add the summative and formative assessments for the
unit, and select from built-in criteria and objectives.

Backward Planning
Under the Backward Planning tab, add Knowledge and/or Skills. You may also see
local, state, or national standards to choose from. Under the ATL tab, select from
built-in ATL skill clusters. The Service and Learner Prole tabs are optional.

Resources
Under the Resources tab, add unit resources by clicking on Add Resources. You
can add a journal, website, YouTube video, le, or photos. Note these are not
available to students. To add resources for students, navigate to the Files tab of
your class.

Export to PDF
Congratulations, youve finished writing your
unit! When done, click Back to Unit and then
Generate PDF Planner.
Your unit will export into the officially licensed IB
MYP planner.

Whole-School Curriculum
Navigate to Dashboard > Curriculum, to view the Whole-School Curriculum. Each
tile represents a unit. You can easily drag and drop to re-order or archive units that
you have authored. Click on the green arrow to go directly to the unit.
Curriculum Analytics
Under the Analytics tab, you can view the balance and coverage of all skills, concepts,
objectives, and criteria. Filter by subject and year level on the right, and by Element on the
top left.
