Dream four.
The Leader.
I was now fascinated by these dreams. I figured

that the next dreams could not be as bad as the
last one. The war was over and the cleanup would
be better. Even with the devastation, the first
(outline) dream showed a time of peace before
things got worse. There were several days and no
dreams that I could remember. Then I dreamed
about the future, again. The entity or “angel”
guided me to check out Europe. I saw the news
from England as if I was again sitting in someone’s
home in Washington State. The BBC used satellites
and the satellite provider’s had to get media from
new sources after New York City was hit and
Manhattan was now a radioactive ash heap.
The tally from the war was horrendous: more than

one third of the earth’s population was dead, sick,
or missing.
The survivors were dosed with radiation; many
would have cancers, later; and they would have
children with defects, if they could even have
children. In fact the younger children were among
those who totally vanished.
Asia had the highest death toll, bodies were
everywhere, radiation sickness, hunger, violence
and various diseases caused this. North America
had the most people who vanished without a trace.
The US and Canada lost the best leaders in all
industries, some scientists, leaders of the armed
forces, and many in the transportation field. Like
Asia there was widespread hunger and radiation

sickness, many died of the riots and lawlessness

before the fallout clouds came. The countries were
helpless. Australia and New Zealand had similar
loss of life as North America. The South America
and Africa continents had less radiation, but many
people vanished, but not as bad as North America.
Europe lost the least. The radiation was mostly
gone by the time it reached Europe, and few
people vanished. This left the European Union as
the last organized power on earth.
The newly elected president of the European Union

was really charismatic. He seemed to know what
the hurting world needed and set about to fix up
the European economy, put down lawlessness, and
provided aid to the war torn areas. He reorganized
Europe’s financial markets, got industry going
again, and fed the hungry refugees. He spoke of
peace and safety, love and caring for each other, a
new prosperity, and the end to all wars. In return
he would rule by fiat for the present emergency,
thus getting things done without the messy
politics of the past. The United Nations was to be
relocated to Paris and restarted. The suffering
world was moved to accept his plans, since the
US, Russia, China, and India were to weak they
could not object.
Things started to improve everywhere. Israel made
a treaty with this new leader. They were to control
and cleanup the countries that started this war. In
return they could build their temple on the temple
mount where it was before the Romans destroyed
it. It took months for Israel just to bury the armies
lying dead in the north of the nation. They started
to administer and keep law and order over the
Middle East. The remaining Moslem radicals were
rounded up, tried for their crimes, and executed.

The radiation was buried and the cities cleansed.
Israel spoiled these countries and used the loot to
fix the damage in Israel.
The new world leader had an agenda. He wanted to

eliminate the cause of the war; religious
extremism. He would create a world religion that
would encompass the main tenants of all religions
and combine them into one. He setup the religious
leaders of the world in conferences and tasked
them to come up with something that would be
acceptable to the majority of the survivors. When
finished the new religion was hailed by the media
as the answer to man’s religious problems. A
common prayer book, a new clergy, combined
rituals, and new interpretations of the various holy
books were the result. Combining the best from
each and dumping the nasty, violent, and fearful
parts from each.
The new clergy could heal the sick, help the poor,
work miracles, and seemed to have an answer for
all problems. The state provided funds and
property from the abandoned churches and the
property of those who disappeared. The new
church confiscated and reallocated the property of
groups that would not believe in the new religion.
Protests and riots were severely suppressed and
acts of terrorism were used as an excuse for
excessive retaliation. The next item on the agenda
was electronic currency. Banks that recovered
from the war were made to have all transactions
made in the same currency. Old forms of money
were suspect; there were so many worthless
monies and so much counterfeit paper floating
around that only gold and silver could be trusted.
The new electronic currency was backed by the

European Union and was made the new standard
for all financial transactions worldwide. People
could keep their gold and silver but it was bought
and sold at fixed prices.
The internet and wireless communications were
expanded worldwide. New energy plants and
ecologically safe types of power were built
worldwide. Waves, tides, wind, solar, satellites,
nuclear reactors, bio-energy, geothermal, and
cleaned fossil fuels were used to power the
worldwide power grid. Electric and Hydrogen cars
returned to the repaired roads. The money to
rebuild came from the usual taxes and the property
abandoned by those who died or disappeared.
Those who had money could purchase this
property from the government and fix it up or build
new homes and factories.
The world recovered and there was prosperity in

some places. The new leader was portrayed as the
new Emperor who saved the human race from
extinction. People started to worship him, and he
seemed to encourage it.
The question about the people who vanished was

answered “officially” by the Alien rescue mission
theory. An intelligent, advanced race must have
been watching our world. When it saw the coming
nuclear war they beamed up selected members of
every race and the children so they could
repopulate the earth, or replant these survivors on
a new planet. Their technology was stealthy and
they were invisible to our sensors. (Just like the
plots of sci-fi movies and the parts of the Stargate
TV series.) Later they will contact us when it is
safe, that is if we survive the next few years. This

also explained the recent UFO and paranormal
activity that scientists and governments denied or
explained away.
Crime and fraud increased everywhere. The new

electronic currency reopened the doors to the old
problems of hackers, ID theft, counterfeit
identification, credit card fraud, scammers,
phishing schemes, bogus products, insurance
swindles, and every other con game tried, on a
world wide scale that had never been seen before.
A better identification method was needed, one
that could not be counterfeited, hacked, tampered
with, or spoofed in any way. Something better than
passwords, RFID, DNA, fingerprints, retina
scanners, or facial recognition. Each of these
onetime identification standards was easily
spoofed and some were very hard to adapt to
portable electronic devices.
The new leader decided to create economic trade

groups that would replace all the individual
countries. Each country within the group would be
like a state in the United States, or in the
European Union. They would have their customs,
local laws, and keep their old languages, but they
would have to report to the federal government
created for each group. Since there were a number
of these groups before the war, this was not a
problem. Ten geographic groups were set up and a
“King” to run each one. Each of these groups’
“Kings” reported to the leader. Later the leader
took over three of these groups and ruled them
himself.

I then woke up and did my best to remember and

write down what I saw in the dream.
