JOB TITLE: Interface/Exchange Case Implementation Lead


JOB LOCATION: Sofia (Bulgaria)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of the role is to manage the implementation of automated links from customer or 3rd Party workflow
environments into the standard tools & processes (ITIL).

Working with the Project Manager who is responsible for all aspects of Business Analysis, and Design of the Inter face solution from development through unit, integration testing, working with the project to successfully UAT and
Move to Production.

Responsibilities:

Develops understanding of the Scope and the importance of the management and control of it.

Collates requested information for the client;

Develops an understanding of the relationship with client and 3 rd Party nominated contacts.

Produces documents needed Process flow ad Data Mapping

Produces Unit and Integration test plans

Provides consultancy and support during UAT.

Gathers clients/3rd Party requirements.

Coordinate and ensure Connectivity.

Develops awareness of Project Management techniques;

Escalates all conflicts/issues affecting Project/Program outcome to the Project/Program manager


and provides supporting information;

Organizes and maintains all project related documentation as prescribed and required by the HP
standards and policies and as agreed by the contract with all participants.

Stabilisation support and handover to L3/L4 support.

Own responsibility to deliver on project tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Technical, Business or related disciplines. Preference shall be given to candidates with
Computer science or related.

Proficient knowledge of:

MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

MS Internet Explorer
