Maybe we need a beginning that is a bit softer and more enticing?

Something perhaps more along the lines of
Now that your first term is coming to an end, this PDP is a chance for you
to give yourself an end of term report! How do you feel you have been
working within the group and on your various tasks? Were the targets you
set for yourself realistic and achievable? Have your milestones been
completed? There is also a chance to give a little feedback on what
moments of the course during the first term worked particularly well for you.
You all need to complete the PD2 and some of you are using it as a replacement for
the previous PDP. Please use this as a starting point but make your own
document (without my questions/formatting). Please upload to the PD area on
myUCA and submit this after the festive period no later than January 11th. We will
then have tutorials during January and February using it as a starting point to
discuss your progress on the course.

We have discussed ethics in general terms.

Please now address the following questions in terms of ethical conduct. Write about
150 words in total. Use the Stanislavski and Uta Hagen research if it seems relevant.
1. How would you describe/sum up the moral code by which you live?
2. Have you ever challenged this code or made changes to it? Should you?
3. Give an example from student life where you a) followed your code to good
effect and b) did not follow your code and what effect this hadto poor effect.
4. What do you think Uta Hagen means when she says that an actor has to
know who you areStanislavski meant when he said this? (P11, Hagen,
1973)
. I cant find the above as a specific quote by Stanislavsky but there may
well be one somewhere or something very similar??

Please describe one incident when you used your H&S knowledge to a) prevent an
accident OR b) when you failed to use your knowledge and there was/could have

How are you coping with your existing SMART targets?
Please list them and state your honest progress with each one and describe how
many of the milestones you have achieved?
Are you using your developmental warm ups? If not, why?
Please re-write your warm ups for body and voice only if this is a RE-SIT task. You
will need to do quick and developmental versions of each.
Now that you have completed more of the course do you want to revise these
existing targets or create some completely new targets?

Term 1 contained a particularly challenging team based task, namely the silent film
project. You will have reflected on this already and uploaded a VLOG. Now that you
have had further time to reflect and a session from Dimitrios on this subject, please
answer the following questions (200 words total):
1. Describe a time during the silent film project when you were being an
excellent team player.
2. Describe a time during the silent film project when you could have done
better!

3. Describe a time during the silent film project when you fixed a mistake you
made with your group.
4. Please comment on what you could take forward from these experiences.
