Naomi Ruth Kristin, NPM : 212 210 271 : The Incidence Rate of Primary Head
Pain noted in RSUD Kabanjahe Hospital for period 2013-2015
Mini-thesis : Faculty of Medicines, Universitas Methodist Indonesia, Medan.
Background : Head pain (sefalgia) is a disorder many patients complains often,
either while visiting his/her physician or for special see the doctor. It is more than
90% of patient with head pain noted in clinic is category to primary head pain, the
remains, the patient is category to secondary disorder. The objective of this study is
to determine the incidence of primary head pain noted in RSUD Kabanjahe for period
2013-2015.
The Methods : This study is a descriptive research with a cross sectional approach,
adopted a special in taking the sample of total sampling method. The data further
should be processed by using SPSS program and then presented it in a table format.
The Results : By 36 subjects that has been obtained there are at least 20 respondents
(55.5%) got TTH and another 16 patients (44.4%) with migrant.
Conclusion : in this research, it can be taken conclusion that the patient with TTH
disorder mostly them is classified into migrant disorder.

Health as Adolescents on SMK Pencawan Medan Tuntungan for 2016.

Background : PHBS (Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat) -- Having life with healthy
and cleanly attitude is meant every healthy behave that one may take to run according
to his awareness so that every family member can do and help selfish in healthy and
encouraged in thinking positive that always is required in public. PHBS program has
been done in five orders they are household, school, public area, health institutes,
and working place. In SMA level, it is a time point going into secondary adolescent
phase (15 18 years) old where on this phase is identical to look for self identity, so
while this phase then school has a very important role in leading to and provide
education and add them many well values when formed into self identity.
The Methods :

This study is aimed at determining a cleanness and healthy life

behaved of those adolescents going to school on SMK Pencawan Medan Tuntungan

for period 2016. This study is a descriptive research and this research dealt with
knowing their knowledge, behave and action by those adolescents in a PHBS in
school atmosphere.
The Results : This research indicated a cleanness and healthy life behaved as those
adolescents of the students in SMK

sufficiently in 60%, in good behave noted 84%, and good action of 70%.
Conclusion : This research is to encourage every body to take life cleanliness and
healthy main f those students, that they majority has sufficient research, in good
behave and good action.
