HUSYS is a HR Function Management Company focusing on building HR Departments for Startups, Small & Medium businesses. The organizations main aim is to streamline the changes
companies go through during their growth phase addressing key HR challenges in a customized
way. Husys strives for the client Business Excellence. It is a very young organization with 27 years
of average age with more than 300 years of collective experience. Their effort is to enhance the
capabilities of businesses in utilizing the most important Human Resource. They have been
serving more than 15 different Industries with an ability to bring cross-Industry best practices for
business success.
Presently Husys is launching 2 online products i.e. ApHusys and Orgvey. ApHusys is a Human
Resource Management System developed by Husys Consulting Service Pvt. Limited to manage
and maintain HR operations across different industry specific domains. It is a complete online
solution focusing on key HR areas such as defining organizational hierarchy, attendance
management, Payroll process and administration, Employee Data Management, Complete
Employee Self-service etc. On the other hand, Orgvey is an employee engagement survey tool
which helps organizations conducting employee engagement survey based on 5 key areas which
are Conditions, Contributions, Relations, Opportunities and strategic content. The company also
planned to help organizations to come up with a solution based on the survey result.
The objective of the project was to launch these two products successfully. The whole project
was broadly divided into 3 phases. In first phase, a detailed competitor analysis was carried out
focusing on current HR management systems present in the market with an emphasis on their
offerings. Also based on Key HR functionalities, a study was carried out to identify specific HR
management products serving in those domains. In the second phase a survey was carried out to
understand the small and medium enterprises attitude towards HR management software. A
questionnaire was sent to CEOs and HR managers in number of small and medium enterprises
and based on their response an analysis was carried out. In the third phase, detailed workflows
of both the tools were created in order to have a better understanding and also to prepare sales
pitch. Based on these workflows, brochures and presentations were created for these two
products.
