l Basis is one of the biggest BASIS project. Here we provide infrastructure support i.e. at AIX, SAP and
Database level to more than 40 system landscapes comprising of different kinds of systems such as
SAP ECC 6.0/5.0, SAP R/3 4.6C, SAP R/3 Enterprise 4.7, BW, SRM, Net weaver XI component, ITS
610/620 and many other 3rd party system like Control-M (For Job scheduling)

EWA report generation with / without solution manager & prepare the
clarification for that report.

Providing SAP infrastructure service availability to Global Customer in


CSC. Jhonson Mattthey is a project that standardized SAP services from
infrastructure to SAP application.
We Work in Shifts in IMG providing support to customers in Europe, US &
Asia-pacific regions.
Work involves resolving the problems as faced by the customers, which
may relate with overall system performance/unavailability, printers,
transports etc.
In Addition to resolving customer issues we receive incident tickets
generated by patrol, which involves overall process monitoring in each
system, backup monitoring, file system monitoring, CPU Utilization,
database monitoring.
Provide day-to-day operation support on systems problem and end users
problem.
Providing Knowledge transition (Project specific and Technical) to lateral
joiners in this project.
We maintain high levels of SLA and always work in such a way so as to
provide faster resolution time, with the work done properly
documented/updated to the customer on a regular basis.
We maintain an SLA of 30mins for any production system, which means
system, has to be recovered from any problem in this stipulated time.
We are responsible for checking the bottlenecks in the system and
recommending parameter changes in the system to resolve the problem,
changes are implemented after confirmation from CSC management.
