Fettuccine pasta
Two Chicken breasts
Butter
Cream
Parmesan and Reggano cheese
Salt and Pepper

Curly egg noodles


Cooked chicken
Chicken broth
Onions
Celery
Carrots

Crispy tortilla chips


Ground beef
Mexican spices
Onions
Shredded cheese
Milk
Tomatoes
Black olives

Preparation time: 10 minutes


Cook time: 15 minutes

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add
your fettuccine and cook until tender. Drain
the pasta and set to the side.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Season
with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a pan on the stove and add butter.
When the butter has melted, cook the chicken
strips. When the chicken is cooked, remove
from pan.
4. Add more butter to the pan and let it melt.
Add the cream to the butter and stir. Let it
cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add the parmesan and reggano cheese to
the cream and butter sauce. Stir until the
sauce becomes smooth.
6. Add the chicken and pasta to the cheesy
sauce and mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Enjoy your meal!

Preparation time: 15 minutes


Cook Time: 25 minutes

1. Boil water in a large pot. Add in the curly
egg noodles and cook until soft. Remove the
noodles and set aside.
2. Cut the onions, celery, and carrots into
small chunks.
3. Add oil to the same pot and heat up. When
hot, add onions, celery, and carrots to pot.
Let cook until soft.
4. When vegetables are cooked, add chicken
broth, cooked chicken, and curly egg
noodles. 5. Stir the ingredients together, then
season the soup with thyme, parsley, garlic,
salt, and pepper.
6. Once the soup is hot, serve into bowls and
enjoy!

1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add onions to
pan, let cook until soft. Add beef to pan and
season with Mexican spices. When the meat
is completely brown, remove from pan.
2. In a small pot, heat milk. When the milk is
warm, add the shredded cheese a little at a
time. Stir while you add the cheese.
3. When the cheese is smooth, turn off the
heat and cover the pot with a lid.
4. Cut your tomatoes and black olives into
small pieces.
5. On a large plate, place a large circle of
chips. Add the beef, tomatoes, and black
olives. Top with the warm cheese sauce, sour
cream, guacamole, and salsa.
