designed control & management solution for monitoring elevator operation safely. Its
core function is transferring all the running status of the elevator to central monitoring
center quickly and accurately, in order to learn the realtime operating conditions to
reflect the security risks. It also be able to handle a timely response in the event of
failure, in order to accurately locate the fault area elevator, troubleshooting win
precious time.

2. Solution introduction
This solution can be implement to monitor each elevators operation status in
realtime, such as the reached floor, cages running state, door is open or closed,
elevators speed direction and so on. Once there is any malfuction, the system will send
out the alarm message timely in order to ask the maintance staff to do the repair timely.
The system also will record the fault information; accurate positioning and realtime
feedback the fault in order to easy troubleshoot and solve problems.

5. Applications and functions

1) Connected devices: each elevator control panel is connecting with Caimore
GPRS/3G/4G wireless DTU by RS232/ RS485 or Ethernet;
2) Server: To install a rack server or server cluster in the central monitoring center,
which will be a server of Caimore elevator remote monitoring software system to get
the all the serial data from Caimore GPRS/3G/4G wireless DTU.

GPRS/3G/4G wireless DTU. This is the data channel for Caimore GPRS/3G/4G wireless
DTU transparent to transfer all the serial data from the elevator control board. Each DTU
will have its unique device number to identify the connected elevator.
4)data transmission: When DTU is enable, it will built up a transparent transmission
channel between the central monitor center and filed device by GPRS/3G/4G wireless
network. Then it can seal and transfer all the real time serial data from the elevator to
data server software for real time acquisition, processing, control and statistics.
5) Display information: the system can be accessed by a large TV wall. All the data
can be displayed on it to facilitate the staff to check and management. Such as the
elevator cage position, direction, speed, door status, passenger waiting time, run time,
energy consumption, elevator fault and so on.
