MEP Input Discussion

2.1

SIC highlighted that any detection require for HT cable, ELV system and Water.
SIC requested for pre-laying of electrical main incoming to Electrical Sub-Station and
Consumer Switch Room from MEPC.
Power Plus confirmed 2 Nos x 1500 kWA Transformers (6 Tons for each) & (6m x
12m) for Transformer location on landscape. Power Plus will submit pre-laying
drawings and MDC will set the transformer locations on landscape layout.

Power Plus

MDC requested Power Plus to submit MEP dwgs for Block C and Block B except the
main fish tank area. Power Plus will submit Plumbing & Sanitary dwgs for Block B.

Power Plus requested the Elevation Dwgs for Block C.

2.3

Power Plus will provide pump house location & spacing for water supply for landscape.

MDC will prepare the design of the small pool near Entrance of Block B. Power Plus to
provide the required M&E services for that small pool.
Post Meeting: MDC will find interior designer (ID) who will advise the feature of pool.

2.5

Power Plus confirmed ESE lightning system. Power Plus will issue the detail drawings
after getting the calculation from supplier. MDC will review the location and detail
design for ESE lightning system.

Power Plus will propose the tube well locations outside of the buildings after site area is
leveled. Power Plus will dig the test well first & also do the water test.

Power Plus confirmed 2 nos of 1200 KVA generators. Power Plus emailed the oil tank size
(6000 litres) and its location. MDC will provide RC design for underground oil tank.

Power Plus to issue the shop drawings for all lifts including two cargo lifts to proceed
civil work and to follow the latest structure drawings. Power Plus will give the revised shop

Post Meeting: WaMin will deliver and install bio tanks after the access road is ready. Steel
Erection in STP area will be started after installation bio tanks.
