Opening Speech
Considered by the fact that terrorism is a worldwide threat to
the international community that cant be denied. Terrorism used to
described social injustice, religious belief, and socio-economic
factors in the society. Like the 9/11 attacks in America that create
such a tragedy: 2,933 fatalities and 8,900 injuries. 9/11 attacks
challenge many terrorists to commit crime over innocents all around
the world. As a representative of Israel, wed like to indicate this
issue as an urgent to be considered. Next, we will introduce our
policies toward these terrorists.

In Israel, there is a conflict with a Palestine over a territory. We
claim for our God promise land back from the Palestinians. But they
wont agree with us easily so created the war. Up until now, there
are 1,125 incidents happened, 2,558 fatalities, and 11,580 injuries
from the Palestinian attacks. These are tragedies in Israelis minds
that cant forget. We have to fight back and protect our homeland.
By the support of an America, we have 30 billion USD to protect our
innocent citizens from cruel terrorists. We have three main policies
to stop the terrorists before attack us. First, to prohibit illegal
weapons shipment from Mediterranean and Red Sea into Gaza and
West Bank. Right now, we keep ten thousands of weapons out of our
opponents hand who willing to harm us. Second, creating a barrier
around the West Bank and underground maneuver for protecting
Israeli and decrease a rate of fatalities. Last, assigned the terrorists
will make government easier to know the target and eliminate
opponents correctly. Next are all solutions that every Israeli
considered.

The solutions Israel want to announce to all delegates are two
ways. First, to push away all Palestinians will engage in conflict with

all neighborhoods. Because all neighborhoods are Arab-Muslim but
Israel is the only one, which is Jewish country. However, this can
unite Israeli together to target the same enemies. Also, this can
truly achieve a goal to reform a state for Jewish from around the
world. Second, to divide Israel into two states: one for Israeli, and
one for Palestinians. According to the Resolution 181 or as known as
a partition resolution to divide the country by an approval of UNGA.
This resolution can only satisfied a certain group such as all
Palestinians and a peaceful group of Israeli. Although, this solution
can make a peaceful deed between two nations but it will create
conflict within Israel. There is an extreme group of Israeli who want
to kill all Palestinians. They would not be satisfied with this
resolution.

In the end, Terrorism is a very immediate problem to concern
and it affects many countries living condition such as Israel. Israel
had a conflict with Palestine that create terrorist in Israels territory
and cost many lives. Two of the solution that weve just announced
to all delegates may seem to be too hard to solve the problems but
either of them would end the long-time battle for sure.
