WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This AGREEMENT, executed by and between;
VALENTINA SORIANO, widow of LIBERATO SORIANO, IRENE S. MATA, PAULITA
SORIANO RUPISAN, married; OFELIA S. PANGILINAN, married; MARLO G. SORIANO, widow;
PABLO G. SORIANO, married; all of legal age, Filipinos, Kalikid Sur, Cabanatuan City hereinafter called
the VENDOR;
- and The____________________________________, of legal age, Filipino and with postal address at
____________________________________., Cabanatuan City, hereinafter called the VENDEE.
WITNESSETH:
1. That the first above-named parties are the surviving wife and children and the sole heirs of the deceased
LIBERATO SORIANO who died on ________________ at Cabanatuan City;
2. That said deceased died intestate, without Testament;
3. That said deceased left the following real property which are all conjugal and owned in common with
his wife, the herein parcel of land particularly described as follows;

lines 34-35-36-37, by lot 306; on the SE. along line 37-38, by Lot 724; on the SW. along lines 38-39940-41, by Lot 723, all of
Cabanatuan Cad., and on the NW., along line 41-42, by Lot 305-C-7, along line 42-43, by Lot 305-C-6, along line 43-44, by Lot
305-C-5, along line 44-45 by Lot 305-C-2, all of plan Psd-(LRC) 41551. Beginning at a point marked 1 xxxx point of beginning
containing an area of 0.6440 HECTARES

4. That pursuant to Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, and the parties herein
being all of legal age, they have agreed to divide as they do hereby divide and adjudicate, the real
properties, above-described as follows:
That they hereby affirm that they have executed the foregoing instrument out of their own voluntary
free will without force, intimidation or violence upon their persons, that they have hereby received their just
and proper share and have no claim or demand against each other.
