Musicians feed the hungry. Music feeds the soul.

INSIDE
Our Mission
Musicians Mission of Mercy a nonprot organiza on founded
in Toledo distributes nutri ous food, personal care items and
other life essen als to people in need.
And the need is tremendous in Lucas County, where 21% of the
th
populaon lives below the poverty line (making it the 8 poorest
county out of 88 in Ohio). More than 90,000 people in Lucas
County receive SNAP benets (formerly food stamps). Musicians
Mission of Mercy supplements those benets with essenals
SNAP won't cover.
Who Benets?
We're helping bring food security to low-income individuals and
families, including the elderly, the disabled, veterans and children
aending Title 1 schools where important feeding programs
aren't available during summer and holiday breaks.
YOU also benet when you get involved knowing that you've
helped provide life essenals to communies where the need is
tremendous. Sign up to volunteer or make a donaon at
MusiciansMissionOfMercy.org.
Why Musicians?
Our mission launched by uning compassionate musicians from all genres to play a direct role in raising funds and
distribung provisions to people in need.
Parcipang arsts can have hands-on involvement in distribung food, personal care items and other essenals
to underserved people in our community. Musicians also donate proceeds from their shows to help buy
provisions. Become a supporng arst at MusiciansMissionOfMercy.org.
New Miracles at Miracle Mile
The Miracle Mile area is undergoing a transformaon, beginning with the hearts of the community. One major sign
is a food distribuon center coming soon to 5055 Jackman Road, in space generously donated by MayfairPlymouth Church.
The center is being established to help feed area children and their families in need. Operaons will be managed in
partnership by Musicians Mission of Mercy and Mayfair-Plymouth Church.
How You Can Help
The driving force behind any nonprot endeavor is the generosity of
people like you. Your donaons, whatever the amount, make it
possible for Musicians Mission of Mercy to provide life's essenals
to people desperately in need. Musicians Mission of Mercy is a
501(c)(3) nonprot organiza on, so your donaon is tax-deducble
to the extent allowed by law.
To make a donaon, visit MusiciansMissionOfMercy.org. Or make
your check or money order payable to Musicians Mission of Mercy
and mail it to MMOM, P.O. Box 835, Sylvania, OH 43560.
