Narrative

Patrol initiated a traffic stop after observing suspect vehicle

traveling at a high rate of speed without the head lights in
operation. Patrol located an open container of alcohol in the
vehicle and through further investigation found the suspect to
be intoxicated. The suspect was taken into custody and a
chemical test determined him to have a blood alcohol content of
.11%. The defendant was found to have a revoked driver license
for a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and that he
was restricted to having an ignition interlock device in his
vehicle which he did not. Suspect was processed, arraigned, and
