ABOUT SANDWIZZA
Indias one and only vegetarian sandwich chain where
everyone unwinds their appetite and heart with friends and
family. Sandwizzaa a truly Indian vegetarian experience of
sandwich, grills, toast and bite for our customers. Sandwizza
believes in SERVING HEALTH DELICIOUSLY and be
conscious in providing value for money and time spent by our
customers. Concept was born over two decades ago by
Omprakash Sharma and Mukesh Sharma later joined by Pankanj
Sharma from tiny shop located at Santacruz (W) serving
sandwiches to customers. Over the years it has earned
countless reorganization and has built up a very highly satisfied
customer base not only across the country but overseas who
kept coming back again and again. Over past four years.
Sandwizzaa got into the act of building systems and processes
to finally benefit our customers and bring effective delivery of
services by our employees. It was an uphill task, but the
concentrated efforts of more than 24 months in developing and
perfecting vegetarian sandwiches varieties. Indian taste,
packaging, your doorstep model, design, beverages offerings
have finally shown positive results. In a short span of time
sandwizzaa won the Burrp award with caption mouth
watering, hygienic sandwiches sandwzzaas first opened in
July 2008 at Thakur village, Kandivali(w) then after at Subhash
road, Villeparle(E), Link road, Malad(W) , Mahavir nagar,
Kandivali(w), Jb nagar, Andheri(e) and many more in Mumbai.

sandwich chain in the country

Approach towards personal selling:The retail shop which we have taken is SANDWIZZA. It
servers the sandwiches, cold drink and masala. There
is no such specific approach of selling because when
the some customers are confused with the name of
sandwich they give the information about the
sandwich and contain of the sandwich. Sometimes
customers wants to try some new sandwich they
suggest them to as per there taste.

Customers handling techniques:There are two persons on the counter side two handle
the customers one is order taking person and other is
casher. When we observe the order taking person he is
very good in communication skills, with the smiling
face he also sell the sandwich which he wants to.
When we ask them how you do this this thing answer
which he gives is CUSTOMER DEKH KE PUDIYA
BANDHO. The order taking person observe the
customer how they entered, way of behaving by
noticing all this thing he approach to the client.

Ethical towards customer:They are ethical towards customer. They providing


fresh food to the customer. They inform their
customers if any scheme is there for the customer.
When we gave the order for some sandwiches they
inform us about the scheme. Scheme was to massage
on this number you will get flat discount of 35% on
bill. This shows that they are the ethical towards their
customer.

Product information:Sandwizza is specialist of sandwiches they serve the


different types of sandwiches. There are n number of
verity in sandwich. They selling Lipton ice tea in half
price. The cost of Lipton ice tea is Rs.20 and they are
selling in Rs.10. They are also selling the sandwizzas
special masala of sandwich.

Product Handling:They having 3 person in the kitchen to handle the


stuff. The raw material which need for the sandwiches
it comes in every morning. They having own
sandwizza trucks which serves to all the outlet. They
having automated system in there outlet by order
taking computer generate the records of how much
stocks or raw material is left. If its go below the
minimum inventory truck will come again and provide
the materials.
