Sun Life Financial is known to be a brand that provides assistance and support to the different
needs and wants of the investors. They dont just provide services to their market but also make sure that
their high client investors would have unforgettable experiences as elite clients.
Statement of the Goals
To be known as the leading brand that establishes a close relationship with their clients , and at
the same time, provides additional privileges to the high net worth clients of the company and be able to
allow clients to build network with one another.
The company Sun Life Financial aims to provide additional benefits to their high net worth
clients under the Platinum and Gold client category, through providing additional privileges that shows
prestige in customer care leading to building a stronger relationship with company at its representatives.
Objectives of the Study

To promote the privileges that the clients could get in having a Gold or Platinum high net

worth
To persuade HNW Gold clients in becoming HNW Platinum members through

showcasing what other privileges they could get and experience


By providing additional services that would lead to building a closer relationship among

the clients and the company through its representatives


To provide additional value to the HNW clients by opening opportunities of wider
networks among the clients

Product
The following are the products of Sun Life Financials:

Mutual Funds
- Is a type of investment instrument where funds are pooled from clients to be used as
investment in stocks or bonds of companies.

Life Insurance
- Is a type of investment instrument that gives assurance to the inventors when
unfortunate events such as death happened to the client.

After availing premium services that is considered the Gold and Platinum category the clients
have the privilege to choose from the freebies attached to the category they purchase. They could choose

from the following: Hotel Room Accommodation, Spa Treatments, Cosmetics Services, Health & Gym
Club Membership, etc.
Price
The following are the amounts based on the preferred investment of the clients:

HNW Gold Clients


- Life Insurance: At least Php 3 Million in annual premiums or at least Php 30 Million in
single premiums.
- Mutual Funds: At least Php 10 Million in total average assets under management
HNW Platinum Clients
- Life Insurance: At least Php 15 Million in annual premiums or at least Php 45 Million in
single premiums.
- Mutual Funds: At least Php 45 Million in total average assets under management

The company offers their services and processes their transactions through online and brick &
mortar.
Promotion
The company provides different promotion strategy that would allow them to reach their clients at
the same time their internal stakeholders particularly the financial advisers who are the key instruments in
the operations of the business. The company provides commission on every transactions they closed and
additional incentives to the representatives once they were able to reach a specific quota. Thus, the
company also provides different privileges to the HNW clients as a way to show additional value to them.
The following SIKAT programs are developed to increase satisfaction among the HNW clients:

SUstaiNable
- This annual event aims to gather all the HNW clients including influential international
HNW Sun Life Members to encourage HNW clients in financing CSR programs and
activities of the company. Particularly aiding scholars and local families in impoverished
communities. It is also where the bidding for charitable programs will be held and the
client who has the highest bid has the additional privileged of being the Ambassador of

the year.
SUNny Side Up
- This event that will be held twice a year aims to opens networks and relationships
between the members of the Sun Life Community. It serves as an edge of the clients in
having wider network in terms of business opportunities. To give additional value to the

clients, the company will provide free service on planning the accommodation and air

fare of the clients to lessen their hassle and worries in attending the event.
perSUNal
- This quarterly event aims to build a personal relationships between the clients and their
financial advisers where they could have an update of their investment status at the same
the time provide opportunities for upselling their accounts. The financial adviser will
personally schedule and meet up their clients as a way to update as well as know if the
clients have any concerns and issues that need to be addressed immediately. It is also an

opportunity to strengthen customer relationships.


Sun Life PH
- This application aims to improve the experiences of the clients in using the existing
mobile application of the company. Having additional features of viewing and updating
the status of their investments and be able to monitor where their investments are being
invested.
