CHAPTER ONE

EYE EXAMINATION AND CHECKUPS

An eye examination or check-up is a series of tests performed by an ophthalmologist (eye
specialist medical doctor), optometrist, or orthoptist to assess a persons vision and eye
health.
The standard eye examination usually consists of an external examination followed by an eye
muscle test, visual acuity test, refraction assessment test, visual field test (perimetry), colour
vision test, ophthalmoscope or slit lamp examination, and a tonometry test screening for
glaucoma. The slit lamp examination is the most extensive one and is usually central to all
regular eye check-ups carried out by eye specialist professionals worldwide.
Slit lamp examination
Diseases of the eye can be difficult to diagnose during a regular physical examination. Because
of this, medical eye specialists (ophthalmologists) are better able to more accurately examine
and diagnose these conditions using a specialist piece of equipment called a slit lamp
instrument.
When you have a full eye check-up, you will likely undergo a slit lamp examination.
Today, a slit lamp examination is routinely done as part of regular eye check-ups that can aid
in diagnosing many serious eye problems at an early stage such as macular degeneration,
detached retina, cataracts, blockages of the retinal vessel and many other eye diseases.
A slit lamp is a lower power binocular microscope combined with a high-intensity light source
that can be focused to shine an adjustable, thin beam of intense light into the eye. It is used
for much the same reasons as an ophthalmoscope, but is usually much more powerful and
precise. Often a patient will sit in a chair and be asked to rest the chin and forehead on a
support to keep the head steady while the health care provider or doctor will examine the
eyes.
Often a yellow dye (fluorescein) is used to help examine the cornea and tear layer. The dye is
either added as a drop, or the doctor may touch a fine strip of paper stained with the dye to
the white of the eye to achieve the same result. Next, drops may be placed in the eye to widen
(dilate) your pupils, so that after a short waiting period the back of the eye can be examined
unnaturally illuminated by the high intensity light of the slit lamp. Ophthalmologists call this
procedure biomicroscopy.

During this examination, cycloplegics such as Astropine (drugs that ophthalmologists use to
paralyze the cillary muscle temporarily to cause the pupil to dilate) are used to allow more
high intensity bright light to enter the interior of the eye to give a better and sharper view.
Mydriatics are drugs that are used just to dilate the pupil, such as Cycopentolate.
The use of these drugs has become commonplace, yet their toxicity and adverse health effects

Because of this, a few ophthalmologists prefer to use a device called a scanning laser
ophthalmoscope to examine the retina without dilating the pupil.
Mandatory vision screening and eye examinations
Currently, worldwide, there is a rapidly growing trend, promoted by the medical profession,
for tyrannical governments and states to introduce mandatory (required by law or mandate,
compulsory) vaccinations and eye check-ups for people to obtain such things as drivers
licences, or to get a job in a hospital or for teachers or children to even attend school. With
the revolution in switching to LED slit lamp illumination, and the fact the blue light toxicity
emissions from LEDs severely damage the white eyes of children so much, with mandatory
compliance increasing as it is , this is going to be utterly catastrophic for families, young
infants and school children in the future.

So unless a gargantuan change soon takes place to reverse the rapid introduction of LEDs for
slit lamp and ophthalmoscope illumination, exacerbated by the sharp trend towards
compulsory/mandatory vision screening and eye examination requirements for school
children a whole new global generation is probably going to be largely permanently blinded.
The following chapters will explain why.

CHAPTER TWO

HISTORY OF SLIT LAMPS & OPHTHALMOSCOPES

The slit lamp today is an instrument which has gradually been developed over more than 150years after the German physician and physicist, Hermann von Helmholz (1821-1894) first
invented the ophthalmoscope in 1850 - 1851. Today the largest German association of
research institutions, the Helmholtz Association, is named after him. It is headquartered in
Bonn and Berlin, has an annual budget of 3.95 billion euros and has 37,148 employees.
Todays slit lamp instrument is a combination of two instruments, the corneal microscope and
the slit lamp itself.
The slit lamp instrument consists of a high-intensity light source that can be focused to shine
a thin sheet of light into the eye and in conjunction with a bio-microscope attached to it (and
sometimes a camera) the lamp facilitates an examination of the anterior segment and
posterior segment of the human eye. The slit lamp provides a three-dimensional view of the
eye. While a slit lamp is used to examine the structures in the front part of the eye, such as
the cornea, iris and vitreous gel, it is also regularly used by ophthalmologists to examine the
optic nerve and retina which are located at the back of the eye.
When structures in the back of the eye such as the retina or optic nerve are checked, the
ophthalmologist or optometrist will typically administer eye drops to unnaturally dilate the
pupils. It takes about 15-minutes for the eyes to dilate, before the back of the eye can be
properly illuminated by shining the high-intensity light into it to allow it to be examined.
This light source is so intense (even with the old halogen bulbs used for illumination, and
before their recent replacement with more powerful halogens and LEDs), that it is common
for the eyes to remain sensitive to light for a few hours after being dilated for the procedure.
After the examination, often ophthalmologists will recommend that sunglasses should be
worn outside and advise that patients may want to arrange for someone else to drive them
home since their vision may temporarily be adversely affected.
Slit lamp light bulb history
Various old primitive, carbon, bamboo and cellulose filament lamps were first used in the late
1800s to provide slit lamp illumination but their reddish colour temperature and brightness
was considered very poor, under 100,000 lux.
Then in the early 1900s up to about 1919, Nernst glower lamps, developed by the German
physicist and chemist Walther Nernst in 1897 were regularly used. But their efficacy still

wasnt considered satisfactory, as they were considered very inefficient and the ceramic rod
(which acted like a filament) was not electrically conductive at room temperature so the
lamps needed a separate heater filament to heat the ceramic hot enough to begin conducting
electricity on its own.
After tungsten filament incandescent light bulbs were first invented in 1904, which were
much more compact, efficient, brighter and whiter, the Nernst lamps were gradually replaced
by these. Tungsten filament incandescent lamps were later fitted to slit lamps from 1919
onwards and remained to be used up to 1976.
Although the first lamp to use halogen gas (chlorine) was patented as far back as 1882, it
wasnt until 1959 that the first halogen lamps were commercially patented and manufactured
by General Electric.
Following this, between 1976 and 1994, these brighter halogen bulbs were fitted to slit lamps
(100,000 200,000 lux) and gradually replaced the older standard tungsten filament
incandescent bulbs. These halogen bulbs were the standard illumination source for slit lamps
for about 35-years from 1976 to 2010, when they gradually began to be replaced by much
more powerful, high output LEDs. The first LEDs fitted to slit lamps were by the Swiss
ophthalmological equipment manufacturer Haag-Streit Holding AG in 2010.
Presently, most slit lamp manufacturers in the world now fit LED illumination as standard to
their slit lamps and ophthalmoscopes (and other surgical equipment as well).
While now, in 2016, a lot of older slit lamps being used still have halogen bulbs fitted, this
position is quickly changing as most are either being retrofitted with more powerful halogen
bulbs or the popular, newer, and even more powerful LEDs. As technology changes, a lot of
eye specialists now are simply choosing to purchase entirely new hi-tech equipment with
the more powerful, longer lasting and energy efficient LEDs as the standard fitment.
This radical change is entirely revolutionary, profound and far-reaching because the
luminous intensity and damaging blue light wave length toxicity of these new high output LED
bulbs now is enormously increased with up to five to ten times more illuminance intensity
than the older, increasingly obsolete halogen bulbs presently being quickly phased out.

CHAPTER THREE

LED SLIT LAMP BULB INTENSITY:

WHY IT IS SO DAMAGING
A good illustration of the massive power of these new LED bulbs can be made by comparing
them to the illuminance power of the sun. Direct sunlight from the sun has a luminous efficacy
of approximately 93 lumens per watt of radiant flux. Direct sunlight at the earths surface
when the sun is at its zenith is about 1050W/m. Multiplying this figure of 1050 watts per
square metre by 93 lumens per watt means that bright sunlight provides an illuminance of
about 98,000 lux (lumens per square metre) on a perpendicular surface at sea level at noon
on a mid-summer day, at the brightest latitudes. The maximum illuminance from the sun on
earth at the brightest day at noon in mid-summer at the brightest latitudes, is considered to
average no more than about 120,000 lux by most optical scientists, although slightly higher
readings have been recorded.

From 1976 onwards, for about 35-years up to about 2010, the most common illumination
lamp used in most manufacturers slit lamps was the Osram #64250 (FHE/ESB) Microscope
HLX Halogen 6 volt 20 watt halogen bulb. This lamp produces exactly 480 lumens of light, and
depending on the brand and the type of slit lamp it is fitted to, it produces about 200,000 lux.
This is about twice the maximum illuminance radiation of the sun. Because of this, most slit
lamp and ophthalmoscope manufacturers over many years have included an extensive
WARNING & CAUTION NOTICE about the dangers of this intensity of the light directed into
the patients eyes in their Operating Instructions when they sell their new equipment to
doctors.
While most physicians underplay the potential damage that can occur through slit lamp and
ophthalmoscope examinations, (and never mention it to their patients), many manufacturers
do not. Here is an example of an ophthalmoscope made by a relatively well-known and

called a PanOptic Ophthalmoscope. The Warnings and Cautions are included in the
Operating Instruction Manual. The Warnings and Cautions are extensive. Here is but one:
CAUTION: Spectrally weighted photochemical radiance Lb and La give a measure of the
potential hazard that exists for a beam of light to cause photochemical damage to the retina.
Lb gives the measure for the eyes in which the crystalline lens has been removed [aphakes]
and has not been replaced by a UV-blocking lens, or for the eyes of very young children.
Manufacturers are well aware that the intense light projected by their equipment may be
very dangerous to patients eyes, especially to the retina and the eyes of very young children.

However, if these old halogen lamps were considered damaging enough, after 2010, gradually
a radical change began to take place throughout the world as much more highly powered LED
bulbs were introduced to the market. From around this time, all slit lamp and
ophthalmoscope manufacturers began to phase out these old halogen bulbs and either
replace them with much more powerful halogen lamps, or in most cases, replace them with
high performance LEDs. This radical change was profound, because it massively increased the
maximum intensity of the halogen bulbs from around 200,000 lux, up to over 1,000,000 lux
in the LEDs.
In simple terms, this means that some of these new LEDs are now up to ten times more
intense than the maximum illuminance from the sun striking the earth.
Virtually all slit lamp and ophthalmoscope manufacturers are now incorporating these
massively powerful LEDs (and to a much lesser extent more powerful halogens) into their
equipment, and as far as this author is aware at the time of writing, not one single professor
of ophthalmology, medical doctor, optician, ophthalmologist, eye specialist, or scientist in the
world has uttered even a squeak of concern about this outrageous practice and innovation.
For decades, most parents, teachers and doctors have drilled into us from childhood,
correctly, that we should not directly look into the sun, even during a full or partial eclipse
without extra protection. Bear in mind this is not at a million lux which some LEDs in slit lamps
now generate, it is only at the maximum illumination level of the sun at 120,000 lux or less!
Medical specialists, scientists and doctors for decades have told us, correctly, that if we do
look directly at the sun, we could go blind or severely damage our eyes. It isnt the heat of the
sun that does the damage. It is the light. So why is the global medical community, en masse,
all of a sudden, now approving of such a radical medical procedure that is now, on a regular
basis, scandalously blasting up to ten times the maximum illumination level of the sun directly
into their patients eyes who have regular eye examinations and check-ups? This breathtaking, astonishing, gross negligence by the medical profession is an utter disgrace.
What is so alarming is the fact that when someone is looking at the sun, even during a total
eclipse, they will usually not even know they are seriously damaging their eyes. Depending on
the intensity and length of exposure, the damage can last for days, weeks, months or be
permanent. The most painful, short-term, immediate outcome from looking directly at the
sun is called corneal sunburn (photokeratitis) or when it affects the retina it is called solar
retinopathy. But this illumination from the sun is very mild compared to that of slit lamp LEDs.
It is now well known that long-term sun exposure from UVB (280nm-314nm), UVA (315nm380nm) and NEAR BLUE/VIOLET/BLUE LIGHT (381nm-500nm) causes serious permanent eye
damage. [A nanometre (nm) is one billionth of a metre]. Excessive UVA and UVB toxicity
generally is more often linked to causing skin cancers and cataracts, and excessive NEAR BLUE
LIGHT (VIOLET) BLUE LIGHT (381nm-500nm) toxicity is now linked to gradually damaging

the retina causing age-related macular degeneration and other more serious eye problems
which eventually often lead to permanent blindness. Until recent times, this has occurred
largely only very gradually from the relatively low ambient radiation from the sun at a
maximum illumination of 120,000 lux not from any damage incurred by modern LED lighting,
or the massively powerful LEDs now being fitted to slit lamps and ophthalmoscopes.
This means that over the period from 1919 to 1976, the illuminance level of slit lamps and
ophthalmoscopes, increased from well under 120,000 lux with old incandescent bulbs
(about the maximum level normally recorded from the sun) to about 200,000 lux (twice the
maximum level of the sun) between 1976 and 2010 using halogen bulbs. But from 2010 up
to 2016, in only 6-years, the illumination power has been massively increased to over
1,000,000 lux. That is one million lux! This is the equivalent now of someone looking
directly into a light source more than TEN TIMES MORE POWERFUL than the illuminance of
the sun! Even a kindergarten childs common sense alone, would be enough to warn it such
massive illumination is hurtful and dangerous. Yet not so with highly educated doctors.
To appreciate how incredibly bright and damaging this slit lamp light intensity really is
consider this: The full moon on a clear night is only about .25 lux. Computer monitor screens
vary between about 75 to 500 lux. Most office lighting today is designed to be rated at about
320-500 lux. A very brightly lit office is normally considered to be about 400 lux. The average
family living room lighting is usually rated at around 50 lux.
Bicycle head lights are usually rated at around 35 lux to 100 lux for super bright ones,
depending on the illuminated distance measured, angle and colour temperature of the light.
The suns maximum illuminance throughout the year in most places is normally around
100,000 lux. Therefore the damage being incurred by these new, massive illumination levels
from LED slit lamps and ophthalmoscopes with most operating between 600,000 lux to
1,000,000 lux now is simply enormous.
You dont have to be a highly trained optical scientist or eye doctor, or to spend years and
years of study at university, to prove or understand how incredibly damaging this immense
level of light really is or appreciate how it is soon going to destroy peoples retinas. If
patients knew the full specifics about this massive intensity of light being shined into their
eyes during eye examinations, even their ordinary common sense, in many cases, would
immediately question the procedure.
Blue light hazard and toxicity: What it does to the retina
Our eyes are not designed to handle large amounts of blue light such as that emitted by LEDs.
As the result, the twin effects of fuzzy focus and light scatter makes intense blue light from a
source like an LED to spread out across the retina affecting the entire visual field. When there
is a strong spike of blue light, as there is from LEDs, we strain our eye muscles and squint
trying to pull the blue into sharper focus.

The human eye has a strong aversion reaction to bright blue light sources, including all bluishwhite light and pupillary reflex is down in the blue part of the spectrum which signals to the
muscles in the iris causing it to close. Our bodys instinctive reaction is to reduce blue light
entering the eye by closing down the pupil. This means that blue light not only spoils our night
vision, any intense blue light can cause long-term photochemical damage to the retina.
When normal bright light hits a photoreceptor, the cell bleaches and becomes useless until it
has recovered through a metabolic process called the visual cycle. However, in experiments
with rodent models, when blue light strikes the photoreceptors it is absorbed causing a
reversal of the process, when the cell becomes unbleached and responsive again to light
before it is ready. This then greatly increases the potential for oxidative damage, which leads
to a build-up of lipofuscin in the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) layer. Drusen deposits are
then formed from excessive amounts of lipofuscin, hindering the RPE in its ability to provide
nutrients to the photoreceptors, which then wither and die.
In addition, what makes matters worse, if the lipofuscin absorbs blue light in high quantities
over an extended period or at very high intensity such as exposure to LEDs, it become
phototoxic, which can lead to further oxidative damage to the RPE massively accelerating
further cell death (apoptosis).
Correct portions of blue light indeed are an important element in natural lighting and
strongly contribute to general human health. But it is now well proven that excessive amounts
of artificial blue light are extremely toxic to cellular structures, test animals and human foetal
retinas. To use bulbs as powerful as high output LEDs now at between about 600,000 lux to
over a 1,000,000 lux, with such a terribly high composition of excessive blue light in their
spectral emissions for ophthalmological use in instruments like slit lamps or ophthalmoscopes
is absolutely scandalous.
In fact, it is much more than that. It is grossly negligent and criminal. Yet almost every eye
specialist in the world is beginning to adopt this appalling practice by using this dangerous
equipment while they carry out routine eye check-ups and examinations on their patients.
What makes LEDs so incredibly insidious, deceptive and deadly, is the fact that when their
enormous blue light toxicity damages the retina, in many cases, it will happen only very
gradually at first, without most patients or the general public at large ever even knowing that
they are being permanently blinded because there is less heat generated in this wavelength.
Researchers have long proven excessive blue light from LEDs, even at low intensity,
damages the retina. The evidence now is simply overwhelming. Here are just a few

CHAPTER FOUR

WHERE IS THE PROOF LED SLIT LAMP

ILLUMINATION IS SO POWERFUL?
The manufacturers provide the evidence themselves. However, in most cases, it is extremely
difficult to find. Usually they deliberately omit it in the specifications of their products. This is
because they know if too many people including doctors were to be properly informed about
exactly what power level of illuminance and blue light toxicity that their LEDs produce, people
may become suspicious and nobody would buy their products. In most cases, slit lamp and
ophthalmoscope manufacturers will just state the type of bulb used for illumination with a
general description, but not its precise power and illumination rating in either lumens or lux.
Just stating the type of bulb in their description without its power and illumination rating in
lumens and lux is simply meaningless, and they know it.
Most doctors, ophthalmologists, opticians and eye specialists therefore negligently buy
their products without ever knowing or checking what the true illuminance power level
rating really is. This fact alone is scandalous and inexcusable.
Can you imagine a professional eye specialist or eye doctor, after having spent many years at
university studying eye biology (and in the process learning more than most people about
how dangerous excessive bright light and toxic blue light to the retina really is) buying such
delicate equipment without ever even checking what the illumination, colour temperature,
type of spectral irradiance and power of the illumination source of the instrument actually is?
Yet virtually every doctor and eye specialist in the world is doing just this right now.
All light at different frequencies and power can be incredibly toxic and damaging under
certain circumstances. The illumination source in slit lamps and ophthalmoscopes is an
integral part of the instrument. The gross negligence involved in not checking this
fundamental specification is simply disgraceful. It is the equivalent of a general physician
buying a drug and then prescribing it to a patient without first checking exactly what the drug
actually is, the recommended dose required, its potential adverse health effects on the
patient, and the precise specifications of it and its true efficacy. It is like a person buying a car
without checking out what sort of engine it has first. Whether it is petrol, diesel or electric
and how powerful the engine is whether it is a four-cylinder, six cylinder or big V8. The
power specification of the light source and illumination level of a slit lamp or ophthalmoscope
is absolutely vital in regards to the health of the patient. It is the most important part of the
instrument by far both in terms of the doctors visual needs and the safety of the patient. Yet
appallingly, doctors are doing absolutely nothing about it. Nothing.

There are many leading manufacturers of slit lamps and ophthalmoscopes throughout the
world, such as Haag Streit, Carl Zeiss Meditec Inc., Keeler Instruments Inc., Kowa Optimed
Inc., Lumenis Vision, Marco, Nidek Inc., Oculus Inc., Reichert Technologies, Topcon Medical
Systems, Trevi Technology Inc. and iBEX.com, to name but a few. To keep this account as brief
as possible, its simply not possible to properly deal with all of them. However, two of the
foremost examples of these leading manufacturers and their products will be used. Most of
the LEDs used by these two leading manufacturers now are very similar to all the others.
EXAMPLE #1: Haag-Streit Holding AG = Haag-Streit LED Slit lamps

Haag-Streit Holding AG is one of the oldest, and is arguably the most reputable and prestigious
slit lamp manufacturer in the world. The company was founded in Bern, Switzerland, in 1858,
by Friedrich Hermann and Hermann Studer making precision instruments. After a change of
location the company in 1876 began to develop and manufacture instruments for
ophthalmology. After various changes of ownership, the company was given the name HaagStreit. Today it has about 1,000 employees with a turnover of US$200-300 million and its
headquarters are at Koniz, Bern, Switzerland.
The Haag-Streit Holding group structure includes about twenty-one subsidiary companies
with Haag-Streit Diagnostics or Haag-Streit Surgical being the main providers of instruments
and medical-practice equipment for ophthalmologists and opticians. For more than 50 years
the Haag-Streit slit lamp has been regarded as the standard instrument for ophthalmic
diagnosis in the world!
Today Haag-Streit Holding AG has only four shareholders and the Chairman and CEO is Walter
Inabnit. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the private equity BV Group AG, listed on the
Bern Stock Exchange. BV Group AG was founded in 1997 under the name BERN-VENTURE
LIMITED based in Tortola in the British Virgin Islands [British tax haven] and later in 2001 the
company was listed as a stock corporation under Swiss law with headquarters in Bern when
it was renamed BV Holding AG. The company generally targets medical related companies
financing. The major shareholder is Willy Michel, a wealthy Swiss entrepreneur of medical
devices. He is the owner of several companies involved with art, the watch industry, catering,
pharmaceuticals and hotels. In 2012, the Business Magazine estimated his assets at 750

Previously, the author found a posting on the Internet that has since been deleted with all the
illumination intensities in lux of all Haag-Streit slit lamp models. They were: BD 900 (300,000
lux), BM 900 (600,000 lux), BP 900 (600,000 lux), BQ 900 (600,000 lux), BX 900 (300,000 lux),
BA 904 (205,000 lux). All these illumination specifications are still current.
Haag-Streit Slit lamp LED Blue Light toxicity:
But its not only the intensity of the light thats so damaging to the eye. It is the specific
spectral wavelength composition of the light that is so dangerous as well.
Excessive blue light (between 450 to 495nm) is extremely toxic to the human eye. It is now
well proven to be profoundly implicated in destroying the cells on the retina and it is the
leading cause of macula degeneration worldwide which often leads to permanent blindness.
The evidence supporting this now is simply overwhelming. (The author deals with this subject
far more extensively in much greater detail in The Light Bulb Mafia book).
In common with all white LEDs, Haag-Streit slit lamp LEDs are not only extraordinarily
powerful, they also emit a very potent, highly damaging intense spike of blue light in this
precise spectrum as well. In Haag Streit LEDs, the spike is precisely at 450nm to 460nm in the
spectral curve. This could not be worse, as this is precisely the frequency and wave length
band that is most responsible for destroying the cells on the retina.

In their brochure about their LEDs they incredibly state: Some more power in the short wave
lengths improves fluorescence and anterior chamber examination. This is correct, but it is
also the precise spectral frequency of blue light that gradually blinds the patient! Can you
imagine? These LEDs are now producing an illumination intensity six times greater than the
sun, and much of this light is precisely in the frequency range and wave length band of blue
light that is now well proven to destroy the epithelium cells of the retina? Permanently.

Ohio, USA. Although a relatively new company, this is one of the most technologically
advanced slit lamp manufacturers in the world and the sales of its products are skyrocketing.
Unfortunately, in this authors opinion, while the companys LED-illuminated slit lamps are
also some of the most powerful, high quality, versatile, and price competitive in the world,
they are also among the most damaging and destructive of all.
But to give some credit to the company, this firm is also the most upfront and transparent in
their technical specifications of all, and it does deserve full marks for that. Unlike most other
slit lamp and ophthalmoscope manufacturers around the world that have clearly deliberately
hidden and covered up the true power output, wave length, spectral characteristics and
illumination levels of their LED-based products, (so no comment either good or bad can ever
be given by anyone). It is refreshing to see that this company has not stooped to this highly
unethical level. For this, it should be loudly applauded. Because without these vital facts, no
author (including this author) could ever make any meaningful assessment, review, praise or
criticism, either good or bad, of any product by any manufacturer.
While it is hard to believe this companys optical experts do not know about the seriousness
of the BLUE LIGHT HAZARD or BLUE LIGHT TOXICITY emitted by their LEDs and how they are
so highly dangerous to the retina, it is still a very specialized subject of ophthalmology, and
there is a small chance that they may genuinely not actually know this at all. So in the
assessment here the author will give them the benefit of the doubt. Had they known,
arguably, it is likely that they would not have put so much extensive, precise, technical
information on their website about their slit lamp product and their LED.
Only by being completely open, upfront and transparent about any drug, product or
procedure, which this company clearly has, (so that it can be independently reviewed by
anyone), can true medical science ever be improved upon for the benefit of all humanity.
While the authors following review of their LED slit lamp is indeed highly critical of it, unlike
many of the other companies that have clearly deliberately withheld similar important
information from their technical specifications so that no review can even be given because
of its excellent transparency, the author does not consider at this point that this company in
any way is an unethical one, in spite of the fact he considers their LED slit lamp product is an
extremely damaging one.
iBEX 2-Step LED Slit Lamp
iBEXeye.com / Trevi Technologys iBEX 2-Step Slit lamp is this companys premium and most
widely selling product. All the following details about it are taken directly from their own

In this companys statements about this high tech slit lamp, it notes it has a switch whereby
the operator can actually change and fine tune the light wavelength and frequency. This is
what they state:
FINE-TUNED SPECTRUM: The output illumination provides a light spectrum that optimizes
irradiance within specific 460-470nm and 570-580nm wavelengths. This spectrum and the
distinct response peaks provide enhanced viewing of the anterior chamber, clarity of the
posterior chamber, and the added versatility of improved fundus observation.
Appallingly, the 460-470nm setting is precisely right in the middle of the worst frequency of
blue light that destroys the cells on the retina. Alongside the FINE-TUNED SPECTRUM
statement is a simple spectral emission chart of their LED showing the spectral curve with a
massive spike of blue light in it between 460-470nm. This could not be worse, as this is the
most damaging specific frequency and wave-length band that harms the retina of all.
Here is what they plainly state about their LED:
EXTRAORDINARY LED ILLUMINATION: The single element LED is an evolution in slit lamp
engineering. With high-contrast color temperature, exceptional color rendering and an
impressive illumination range of 24,420 lux to up to more than 1,000,000 lux, the iBEX LED
is exceptional during direct, indirect and diffuse illumination. With excellent ventilation and
the latest heat managing materials, the iBEX LED will operate with consistency for 10,00020,000 hours, and virtually eliminate down time due to spent illumination sources.
Incredibly, this means, quite simply, that when this instrument is on full power at the 460470nm setting, the eye specialists are blasting MORE THAN A MILLION LUX (or ten times more
power than the maximum radiation illumination of the sun) directly into the eyes of their
patients at the 460-470nm wavelengths PRECISELY the most dangerous wavelengths that
destroy the epithelium cells on the retina.
Only an imbecile would ever consider doing such a thing. Yet this is what all eye specialists
all around the world are now doing to their patients that have this deadly LED slit lamp
equipment.
In doing this, paradoxically, while the medical community may claim to be healing their
patients of all sorts of eye problems at the same time, they are unconscionably destroying
the eyes of their patients and gradually sending them blind. It is as simple as that.
And to add insult to injury not one of these pathological liars and medical charlatans has as
yet spoken up and warned anyone about this radical change to LED illumination. Not one. (As

far as this author is aware at the time of writing). This includes all university optical scientists
and professors of ophthalmology - worldwide. What an appalling disgrace!
So how come? Its not that a big number of them dont know of the serious dangers of blue
light hazard and toxicity because its been carefully studied and written about for many years.
For example, over 30-years ago, in 1980, Joseph L. Calkins and Bernard F. Hochheimer
completed an extensive study and wrote a book titled, Retinal light exposure from
ophthalmoscopes, slit lamps, and overhead surgical lamps: An analysis of potential hazards.
They concluded their study by stating in their last paragraph: We urge manufacturers to
design safe surgical illuminators, hopefully with a safe time of 45 to 60 mins. Subtracting
the especially hazardous portions of the blue spectrum and the unnecessary infrared
spectrum will be a great help. Diagnostic instruments could hopefully be filtered as well. The
primary impetus should come from the ophthalmologist in restricting nonessential light
exposure, especially to the macular.
In August 2006, even the British Journal of Ophthalmology published an article titled, Blocking
the blue by P. Hawse. Here are a few statements from this splendid article:

Biomicroscopy using the slit lamp produces at least three times the retinal exposure
of light compared with the indirect ophthalmoscope and was thought to merit caution
regarding potential retinal damage. When using the slit lamp, light is often shone in
one area, often at full intensity, which increases the risk of damage. The calculated
safe time for slit lamp biomicroscopy was found to be as little as 8 seconds at
maximum intensity, which may be exceeded in many clinical situations. (Kirkness C.
Do ophthalmic instruments pose a hazard of light induced damage to the eye? Hazards
of Light. New York: Pergamon Press, 1986179-186.186).
Several studies have shown that light emitted from operating microscopes used in
cataract surgery can damage the retina leading one investigator to a call for the
routine placement of blue blocking filters in operating microscopes, while light
exposure during endoillumination for vitrectomy surgery was also studied and found
to pose a retinal phototoxicity hazard.
The simple effort of mandatory blue light blocking filters would potentially protect
millions of vulnerable patients from retinal damage caused by blue light exposure
during ophthalmic examinations and treatments.
More general animal research, not specific to one ophthalmic instrument, but none
the less regarding blue light exposure and retinal damage, continues to find that blue
light is toxic to the retina. In albino rat retinas, the death pathways mediating light
induced apoptosis were studied, and a striking response with exposure to either blue
light of 403nm (3.1 mW/cm) or green light 0f 550nm (8.7 mW/cm) was obtained. No
apoptosis and no other light induced lesions could be found in green light exposed
retinas, whereas massive apoptotic cell death occurred after illumination with blue
light.

Bear in mind that these studies were made with the now, old, obsolete, relatively very lowpowered incandescent or halogen lamps with very low blue light emissions and power
compared to the massive power intensity of the LEDs of today.
Now with LED illumination up to ten times more powerful, all emitting an intense spike of
poisonous blue light in their spectrum, the estimated damage at full intensity in 8-seconds
then with old halogens, becomes less than a fraction of a second now with modern LEDs!
Children up to the age of about 10 or 12 years old will initially be most affected by this massive
increase in blue light toxicity from LEDs.
Children and white Eyes
All children under about 12 years of age are by far most at risk from blue light retinal damage
from LEDs. This is because all children under about 10-12-years of age have what
ophthalmologists call white eyes where the clear crystalline lens in their eyes has not yet
yellowed and fully matured as it does by about age 20 or older. Yellow/orange tints cut out
blue light. In adults, after the lens has naturally yellowed, it filters out most (but not all) of the
normal damaging blue light in natural daylight, but in children, the clear lens passes almost
all the short wavelength blue light straight through to the retina and if it is excessive enough
it permanently damages the retina. Even the blue light toxicity emitted from LED backlit
iPhones, tablets, computer monitors and TV screens that is so bad for adults, is much worse
for young children who often look at the screens much too closely. LED car headlights can
also cause permanent eye damage to children if they walk directly in front of them.
Only a very few, truly ethical, LED lighting manufacturers throughout the world now openly
warn their customers about the potentially serious LED blue light dangers of their LED
products, even though it is not mandatory. To its credit, The Petzl Company is one of them:

But although this amount of blue light toxicity is damaging enough from these LED back-lit
small appliances, the massive amount of blue light emitted by LED illuminated slit lamps and
ophthalmoscopes shined directly into the interior of the eye is many times greater and much
more dangerous.
Yet virtually no medical eye specialists or doctors throughout the world are warning about
this enormous threat, when a lot of them very well know, above most people, this is the case.
So why? Why are they almost all not speaking up and warning others about this tyranny? Do
they really have their patients best interests at heart? Or could it be they have a number of
ulterior motives which forbid them from doing so? Could it be the love of money or priority
to seek personal gain and profit? Peer pressure? Or could it be a profound spiritual belief
system that permeates their profession? Well, we shall find out.

CHAPTER FIVE

THE GOOD & BAD SIDE

OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION
In no way is there any intention here to repudiate all orthodox optical science and medical
practice, or conversely approve of it all either. Some is good, some is bad.
The good side of the medical profession:
The good side of it is, if you feel you have a health issue or serious eye complaint, such as a
detached retina, for example. It is an emergency and you must see an eye specialist urgently
to surgically repair it or otherwise you may go blind. If you have a broken leg or need a hernia
repaired then go to a hospital and they will treat you very well. In this and other areas, some
orthodox science, medical and surgical treatment now is simply superlative and undoubtedly
is very good. So one must be careful to remain balanced, and not throw the baby out with
the bath-water in criticizing orthodox medical treatment. But it is far from perfect, and there
is a very bad side associated with it as well, which all people should clearly be made aware of.
The bad side of the medical profession
For example, if you find you have developed early onset or age-related wet macular
degeneration (millions around the world have, and more often than not, it is caused by
excessive blue light toxicity or deficiencies in the diet), your ophthalmologist will inevitably
advise you to have a very nasty injection into the eye every one or two months of either Eylea
(aflibercept), Lucentis (ranibizumab) sold by Novartis, at $US2000 to $US3000 a shot, or
Avastin (bevacizumab), sold by Roche at about $US100 a shot. In more recent times
radiotherapy has been used in some countries, with as yet unknown long-term results. Both
these drugs, Avastin and Lucentis, were created by Genetech. Both drugs are very similar, but
Lucentis is outrageously expensive. Yet all these drugs are no more than highly expensive
snake oil. Apart from temporarily reducing the bleeding on the macula, in the short term only,
they have never cured anyone of macular degeneration ever! But they have made billions
for the doctors and pharmaceutical companies concerned. Indeed, Avastin is used in
chemotherapy as well and it is an entirely off-label drug which means it has never even been
officially approved for ophthalmic use to treat AMD or any eye problem like this at all.

Even the bone-through-the-nose primitive witchdoctors in the deepest remote areas of Africa

them full of snake oil as easy money spinners. But highly trained university graduates, medical
professionals, ophthalmological and orthodox doctors repeatedly do while they unethically
steal billions off their patients who are often virtually bankrupted by the outrageous costs
while the doctors all very well know the drugs absolutely do not work.
To make matters worse, virtually all of the worlds foremost age-related macular
degeneration (AMD) organisations and blind institutions belong to or are inseparably linked
to AMD Alliance International (AMDIA), headquartered in London. A good proportion of the
AMD Alliance Advisory Panels most prominent scientific and medical advisors have close
financial connections to either Roche, Novartis, Genetech or Alcon (the biggest manufacturer
of IOLs (lenses used in cataract surgery) in the world. One can easily check out the top twenty
biggest shareholders in any of these giant pharmaceutical and medical product companies
online and see that at the top they are, in turn, run and owned by a handful of powerful
international banking pirates. The whole system is a giant scam, is totally corrupt, and people
need to be aware that the organisation or physician they are dealing with or supporting may
often have other financial interests of priority that do not necessarily coincide with the best
interests of their patient.
World Medical Association: Diet & Nutrition
The subject of diet and nutrition is extensive and is simply outside the general focus of this
book, but it must be mentioned in respect to the medical profession. The World Medical
Association, controlled at the top by big international bankers and giant pharmaceutical
companies, strictly ensures all doctors learn almost nothing about diet in their medical
training and yet diet has a huge influence in protecting against or even curing a number of
serious eye diseases, yet you will never be told anything about it by a mainstream medical
doctor. The reality now is, if there is no money in it, doctors dont want to know about it. It is
as simple as that.
However, there still are a very small, very rare, handful of medical doctors who genuinely
want to help their patients cure themselves through nutrition and diet rather than through
big-business promoted pharmaceutical snake oil drugs promoted by the WMA. The peer
pressure against them is immense, and it takes a lot of courage for them to speak up about
not relying solely on pharmaceutical drugs to treat their patients, and air their honest views.
One such courageous man, John McDougall M.D., actually authored a bill in the California
State Senate (SB 380) in 2011 in order to require doctors to receive at least some continuing
education on diet and nutrition in their four year medical training. Perhaps the California
Medical Associations scandalous opposition to his Bill briefly best summarises what is taking
place all around the world, dominated by the WMA that indirectly controls all national

The WMA was created by the British Medical Association in 1945 and established in Paris in
September 1947. It controls every medical doctor in the world in medical affairs and practice.

1013 Associate Members representing more than 10 million physicians around the world.
Today its Secretariat is situated in Ferney-Voltaire, France, adjacent to Geneva so that it can
carry out close official relations and help control the UN World Health Organization (WHO).
Behind the scenes, it is controlled by the worlds biggest pharmaceutical companies, in turn
controlled by a handful of incredibly wealthy international banking pirates and the rich

The same goes for the IFPMA. It represents and controls every pharmaceutical association

Phoebus Cartel & Global Lighting Association
The Phoebus Cartel (named after the pagan Greek god of light, Phoebus-Apollo Roman
name Lucifer) controls world light bulb production. In 1924, the Phoebus Cartel was created
in Geneva by the worlds biggest light bulb manufacturers to limit the life of light bulbs, and
through a devious system of carefully planned obsolescence, to ensure members factories

last a lifetime. The members of the Phoebus Cartel all secretly agreed to limit the life of their

broke up, and after the end of the war was replaced by a number of global, regional lighting
associations, which culminated in 2007 with the re-formation of the Phoebus Cartel under
the name of the Global Lighting Forum, later renamed the Global Lighting Association which
now represents and controls the activities of over 5,000 lighting and light bulb manufacturing
companies worldwide.

The Global Lighting Association has enormous power, and includes all the worlds biggest
lighting companies and national associations such as the US-based National Electrical
Manufacturers Association (NEMA). This is just one member association out of many. To

By converting the whole globe to LEDs, they claim, because of the huge energy savings from
LEDs, the US alone will not have to build up to forty new power stations a year, with
proportionally similar savings in other countries as well. In doing this, they will force the world
to buy more and more of their expensive products creating billions in profits for themselves.
But they forget to mention, that this new giant blanket of blue light toxicity emitted from the
LEDs will gradually send the whole world blind through causing early onset and age-related
macular degeneration.
Why the sky is blue & role of blue light
But more than this. Blue Light also controls the circadian rhythms in virtually all animals
including humans and profoundly affects the production of melatonin and therefore the
health of every animal on earth. Only a very precise amount of blue light ever passes through
the atmosphere to us here on earth. Generally the electromagnetic radiation spectrum is
divided up into three broad divisions:
1. HIGH FREQUENCY: Invisible/Short Wavelength/High Frequency radiation. (Gammarays, X-rays and Ultraviolet). This is generally the most damaging radiation and highest
frequency.
2. VISIBLE LIGHT SPECTRUM. It is usually divided up into the seven colours or bands of
the rainbow. (Indigo-violet (wavelength 380-450nm), blue (450-495nm), green (495570nm), yellow (570-590nm), orange (590-620nm), and red (620-750nm).
3. LOW FREQUENCY: Invisible/Long Wavelength includes Infrared, microwaves and
radio waves.
In ophthalmology, it is primarily the High Energy Visible Light (HEV light) in the violet/blue
band from 380nm to 500nm in the visible light spectrum that most severely damages the
retina and causes macular degeneration. Blues closer to 400nm look more violet, and those
closer to 500nm appear more greenish in colour. Pure blue in the middle is about 470nm.

Most of the intense, damaging radiation from the sun is filtered by the Van Allen Radiation
Belt at an altitude between about 1000km to 60,000km above the earth (named after James
Van Allen the NASA scientist who discovered it). It is in fact a number of belts of distinct layers
of energetically charged particles (plasma) that surrounds the earth held there by the earths
magnetic field.
When the suns rays that get through the Van Allen Radiation Belt carry on down and strike
the atmosphere, the gas molecules in it scatter the higher energy (high frequency blue, violet,
and ultraviolet (UV)) portions of the sunlight more than they scatter the lower energy red
portion of the sunlight (called Rayleigh scattering named after the physicist Lord John
Rayleigh). Because the gas molecules are smaller than the wavelength of visible light,
depending on the wavelength band of the light, each wavelength reacts differently when it
strikes the molecules. Most of the longer wavelengths with the lowest frequency and energy
(green, yellow, orange and red) are allowed to pass straight through. However, when the
shorter UV, violet and blue wavelengths bump into the molecules, because they are
oscillating (similar to the way thinner strings emit higher notes or sound waves vibrating
from a guitar) at a much faster rate (even though they have a higher frequency and energy)
much of the light gets absorbed by the gas molecules and the molecules radiate the colour
that was absorbed in different directions. Hence, this is why the sky is blue.
Daylight is predominantly made up of the green, yellow, orange and red bands of visible light
that illuminate the earth. However, still some of the meticulously filtered UV and blue light is
allowed to pass on through to the earth which is essential for all plant and animal life.
This highly filtered and measured blue light rarely is given the prestige it deserves by biologists
and medical scientists. Although the circadian rhythm in animals can be modestly modified
by food and temperature, blue light is still by far the most powerful external stimulus for
synchronizing all functions of the body. It operates in unison with the cyclic exposure to the
light of day and darkness at night and it is ALL CONTROLLED THROUGH BLUE LIGHT
BETWEEN ABOUT 450-500nm RECEIVED BY A TINY YELLOW SPOT IN THE RETINA OF THE
HUMAN EYE!
This tiny yellow spot is called the macula lutea from Latin, macula spot and lutea yellow. It
is a very tiny oval-shaped, highly pigmented yellow spot of two or more layers of ganglion
cells, only about 6mm in diameter in the centre of the retina of the human eye. The centre of
the macula, again, contains another even smaller spot, only about 1.5mm in diameter (about
the size of a pinhead), called the fovea, which is the most sensitive part of the retina and
contains the largest concentration of cone cells in the eye. About half the nerve fibres in the
optic nerve carry information from the fovea. While it makes up less than 1% of the retinal
size, it takes up over 50% of the visual cortex of the brain. Because the macula is yellow, it
absorbs excess blue, violet and ultraviolet light and acts as a final sunblock against these
wavelengths to protect the most delicate part of the retina. We need a healthy macula to give
us normal, high resolution, central vision, but because it is so small and delicate, just the
slightest damage the size of a pinprick to the fovea can destroy central vision. It also means

that if a person gets even a relatively small amount of degeneration in the macula causing the
cells to die, it doesnt take much for the disease to become very serious indeed affecting
central vision, often ending in blindness. The yellow colour of the macula is derived from
lutein and zeaxanthin, which are yellow xanthophyll carotenoids, derived from the diet.
The human eye is designed to cope only with a relatively small, measured, balanced amount
of blue light. Too much blue light doesnt only damage the retina and cause macula
degeneration. It destroys the entire daily balance of hormones, neuro-hormones and
neuropeptides etc. in the entire body causing all sorts of other serious health problems.

estimates of the global cost of vision loss nearly $3 trillion ($US2,954 billion) for 733
million people living with low vision and blindness worldwide in 2010.

So perhaps the millions of supposed experts business executives, optical engineers,
scientists, doctors etc. employed by the over 5,000 corporations represented by the Global
Lighting Association that manufacture LEDs that are beginning to dazzle the whole worlds
retina with massive levels of blue light might like to consider that this huge increase in blue
light toxicity is going to cause a global plague of early onset macular degeneration in the
very near future (not to mention other serious eye and general health problems).
By using the deception that they are going to save the world billions of dollars per year in
reduced electricity generation and CO2 emissions by doing so - they might like to reflect a
little on the AMDAI studys global cost estimate of vision loss and the countless suffering
they are presently beginning to thrust upon untold numbers of new victims of AMD and other
debilitating eye problems into the bargain on top of the $3 trillion it is currently costing.
In Taiwan now alone, for example, fully 84% of all 16-year old school children now have High
Myopia and other serious eye problems. This is only the beginning of horrendous eye
problems to come. But we should not all be too surprised to see that the light bulb industry
and medical professions shocking lust for money is not the only sin in motivating them not
to act in the best interests of their patients and general members of the public.
Although not widely known, the medical profession is in fact, at its very heart, quite simply, a
2500-year old pagan Greco/Roman religious cult. Although they will often try to deny it, in
essence the medical profession is indoctrinated with a spiritual belief system from ancient
Greece and Rome that dominates most doctors simple minds, and far too often compromises
their judgment in how they treat their patients.
So lets take a brief look at it, and try to understand exactly why the medical profession, sadly,
cant ever be fully trusted to care for the best interests of their patients or tell the truth about
anything.

THE DARK SIDE OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION:

A GRECO/ROMAN CULT
But over and above their inherent lust for money, there is an extremely DARK SIDE in both
the medical profession and pharmaceutical industry, founded on ancient Greek paganism.
For nearly 2,500 years, virtually all physicians and medical doctors around the world at
graduation have taken the Hippocratic Oath during which they swear by Apollo and his son
Asclepius and all the pagan Greek gods. Today some doctors make a Declaration, more not
because they dont outwardly worship Apollo, but because they know they are so unethical
they cant even fulfil parts of Hippocrates (460-370 BC) Oath and personal instructions
requiring doctors not to carry out abortions, euthanize patients, never do harm to anyone,
and promise always to keep all patients records entirely confidential and secret.
In the early Church, Christians identified Apollo and his son Asclepius, the Greco/Roman gods
of medicine and healing, while carrying their magical writhing serpent staffs, as the direct
counterfeit and opposite of Jesus Christ, the great physician mentioned in Matthew 9:12
and Mark 2:17.
The ancient Romans had borrowed many of their old pagan practices, superstitions, and gods
from Greece. The chief Roman sun god deity was Jupiter (equivalent to Zeus in Greece).
However, during the time of Christ there was a massive change, when the first emperor of
the Roman Empire, Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus (63BC 14AD) became the chief ruler of
Rome ruling alone from 27BC until his death in 14AD. Like no other leader, Augustus
considered himself under the special protection of Apollo and even considered himself as his
son. During his reign he dedicated a statue of himself with the deitys attributes in Apollos
Temple, and soon Apollo became the chief god in Rome, equal to Jupiter, where he, dressed
in white, called himself Pontifex Maximus. After Augustus died, the worship of Apollo carried
on in Rome and was later merged into the Roman Catholic Church, with the Pope taking over
Augustuss role, and the medical shamans in the Church carried on the divination arts,
customs and traditions of the priests of Apollo.
One of the sons of Apollo, who was transformed into a serpent-dragon was Asclepius (Latin:
Aesculapius) who carried on his fathers power over the medical profession. As the Greek god
of medicine, Asclepius carried a Serpent-entwined Staff, now the emblem of the UN World
Health Organisation (WHO) and the World Medical Association (WMA).

Similar to Asclepiuss Serpent-entwined Staff, most medical and pharmaceutical organisations

now use the Caduceus as their official emblem. It is a short heralds staff entwined by two
serpents modelled on the Wand of Hermes or Wand of Mercury, the Roman god of merchants,
liars and thieves. Many believe the Caduceus is also just another version of Asclepiuss staff.
One of the most famous healing temples of Asclepius was located on the island of Kos where
it is thought Hippocrates, the legendary father of medicine began his illustrious career. The
diviners rod/staff of Asclepius has a serpent entwined around it because a special type of
snake was used in healing rituals in honour of the god. His temples were filled with venomous
snakes called Aesculapian snakes which crawled around the floors of the temples where all
the sick and injured slept. These snakes were introduced on the dedication and founding of
his temples. From about 300BC, these healing temples were called Asclepieia, (now called
hospitals) and were places where people would go to appeal to the god Asclepius to be
healed. Once inside the temple, expensive offerings and sacrifices (excessive medical fees
today) to the priests of Asclepius (now called medical doctors) had to be made before the
temples sacred dogs (pharmaceutical companies) were permitted to lick the wounds of the
devout patients. All these practices were preserved, refined and modified through custom
and tradition to become the medical associations and hospitals that we have today.
The early Christians believed these writhing serpents in the temples of Asclepius were a form
of the venomous fiery serpents that bit the people in ancient times when many in Israel died
in the wilderness and the serpent on the Rod of Asclepius was the Greek misrepresentation
of the fiery serpent set on the pole used to heal the people by Moses around 1500BC.
(Numbers 21:5-9) which was preserved for about 700 years until King Hezekiah the son of
Ahaz king of Judah destroyed it (2 Kings 18:1-4). Jesus refers to this serpent as relating to and
being symbolical of himself, in dying on the cross for the sins of the world, thereby giving
everlasting life to all who believe in him. (John 3:18).
Almost every term in medicine today originates from this Greco/Roman pagan period. About
three quarters of all medical terms today are Greek. Asclepius had six daughters which
personified different areas of medical practice. One of them was called Hygeia, the Greek
goddess of Health, from which the modern word hygiene or health today is directly derived.
Another was the goddess Panacea, a name in Greek derived from panaks all-healing.
Another was Iaso, the goddess of recuperation from illness. Aceso was the goddess of the
healing process. Aglaea was the goddess of the glow of good health. Asclepiuss wife was
Epione, the goddess of soothing pain; in fact, in Greek, her name means soothing. The
physicians and attendants (now all medical doctors today) who worshipped and served
Asclepius were called the Therapeutae of Asclepius, derived from the Greek word therapeuein
minister to, treat medically from which today the term therapeutic medicine is derived.
The modern medical term pandemic and similar words also come from the name of the
goddess Panacea. Paradoxically, of course, while claiming to be the benevolent goddess of
good health, she at times helped her grandfather Apollo spread plague on his enemies.

In ancient Greece, Asclepius was worshipped by the masses as a god/man, the personification
of the miracle working physician of consummate medical skill, whose patients prayed to and
placed their religious faith in. It was a supernatural, blind faith in medicine and physicians,
who by and large knew very little about life or death at all. That led to (and still exists in the
minds of many people today), in mythology, to finally motivate Zeus to kill Asclepius with his
thunderbolt, because he claimed he raised Hippolytus from the dead and made the mistake
of accepting gold for it. Herein, belies the ultimate demise of the medical profession money!
So, while many physicians are unaware of it today, the medical profession at its highest
level is nothing more than a Greco/Roman religious cult.
At its heart is a firmly cast dogma of tunnel vision focused not on good nutrition or prevention
through natural health remedies or diet, but on SURGERY that costs an arm and a leg which
if it doesnt kill the patient, it will bankrupt him. The Greek word Asclepios literally means to
cut open. Hence, the reason why doctors call their consulting rooms surgeries from the
Greek word kheirourgia derived from kheir hand and rgon work. The doctors scalpel
used today by all surgeons, is actually a direct derivative of the word Asclepios.
Apollo was the special son of Zeus and Leto, was a powerful deity in both Greece and Rome,
admired by almost everyone who in day to day living felt they had a special affinity with him
as a bright dashing young man, rather than Zeus, his elderly father.
In Apollos role as god of light he was often called Phoebus-Apollo. Phoebus in Greek means
the Radiant One.
In this leading role, as the sun god, he was worshipped as the god of radiant, bright light.
Phoebus-Apollo was the sun god who, by means of his darting rays, could suddenly spread
disease and death to men and animals. When he did this, it was often with the assistance of
his twin sister Artemis, the moon goddess, in her sadistic role as the divinity of death.
In Greek mythology, Phoebus Apollo therefore, was the most subtle and benevolent deceiver
of all. In ancient Rome he deceived almost everyone. On the one hand, he was characterised
in statues and sculptures as an innocent, naked, pure, blue-eyed, handsome young man, with
a laurel wreath on his head, clean-shaven and carrying either a lyre, or his bow and arrows.
He was a Christ-like figure who promoted peace and harmony. He was the god of prophecy,
philosophy, colonization, medicine, healing, archery (but not for war or hunting), poetry,
dance, music, agriculture, trees, protector of cattle and fruit trees, herds and flocks,
shepherds, protector of pastures, the elimination of plagues and the giver of divine guidance.
But on the other hand, as time passed, he took on a DARKER SIDE. Gradually he was no longer
confined to the domain of good, radiant, bright light and medicine. Deceptively lurking
beneath his innocent blue eyes and youthful posture, was a wicked split personality. He was
a sexual deviant, had very few morals when it suited him, and he became a ruthless tyrant
when he got angry. With Artemis, his wife and sister, he cold bloodedly murdered the Niobids

with his poisoned arrows of searing bright light. He sent the deadly plague on his enemies. At
times he was miraculously transformed into both a serpent and a dragon.
When John wrote the book of Revelation in 96AD, he explained precisely who this Greek deity
Apollo really was, and what his infamous role would be in the last days heralding a time of
apocalyptic earthly judgment:
And they had a king over them which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the
Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. (Revelation
9:11). In Greek, Apollyon means Destroyer.
He further explained just who this ancient serpent deity of Asclepius really was, now heading
the World Medical Association, and what he was going to do during this cataclysmic period;
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which
deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with
him. (Revelation 12:9).
While most people are completely unaware of it, this prophesied momentous period of
destruction is beginning right now, and it involves a massive war between Christ and Lucifer,
good and evil. The evil is very deceptive, deeply involving the medical profession and light
bulb industry. What previously happened in fascist Nazi Germany involving big business,
scientists and the medical profession, is now being repeated throughout the entire world on
an international scale. But now it is much more deceptive, subtle, and difficult to discern.
It is relatively easy to understand how orthodox weapons like tanks, warships, fighter aircraft,
guns, bombs or nuclear missiles can be used to massively harm or kill large numbers of people,
and be a serious threat. But when it comes to electromagnetic radiation or beams of light,
delivered by military weapons, it is much more difficult to see. Yet again, even more difficult
to comprehend still, is the destructive nature of a highly toxic beam of deadly white LED light,
or of a vaccine shot delivered not by a soldier with a powerful machine gun , but by your local,
friendly, highly admired and universally respected family doctor.
That is how most Germans were so badly deceived by the Nazis. It was very cunning and
subtle. It was those who were the most highly respected in the community that betrayed the
public the most. Sadly, once again, all these trends now developing throughout the world of
lighting, health and medicine, point to this same thing being repeated again. Throughout
history, euthanasia of all those considered useless eaters has been the hallmark of
despotism, dictatorships, tyrannical leaders, cruel and oppressive governments, and more
often than not it has been duplicitously implemented to protect citizens in the name of
health care by sadistic leaders and executed by the medical profession. The names of the
US Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) colloquially Obamacare, and WHO
programs in Third World countries are ominously reminiscent of terms used in past
dictatorships. It is this old pagan Greco/Roman mind-set that spawned the Nazi Holocaust.

NAZI DOCTORS:
INFORMED CONSENT, VACCINATION & LEDS

This religious aspect about the medical profession will be extremely unpopular for many.
However, it needs to be written to properly understand why otherwise initially good, wellmannered, law-abiding, caring, intelligent, highly educated people, can be so rapidly
transformed, almost overnight, to become such evil, pathological criminals and brutal killers.

But it is a sad fact, many of the most evil Nazis under Hitler, were medical doctors, who
sterilized an estimated over 3,500,000 German citizens, planned and enacted the systemized
mass murder of undesirable members of German society through the Action T4

worst offenders were prosecuted for human experimentation and mass murder at the
Doctors Trial at the Palace of Justice in Nuremberg December 9, 1946 August 20, 1947. Of
the 23 defendants, 20 were medical doctors. Of the 23 defendants, seven were acquitted,
seven received death sentences and the remainder received prison sentences.
Just before the end of WW2, Wolfram Sievers and his Nazi medical psychopaths, were
experimenting on inmates with vaccines in Block 46 at Buchenwald, to ultimately, not protect,
as they alleged, but kill off large sectors of society deemed unworthy of life and unfit to
live. Sievers was executed on 2 June 1948. Many of his contemporaries were not even tried
at all. Most of them were given light sentences and later were given top jobs with chemical
or pharmaceutical companies that now produce most of the worlds vaccines.
Fritz ter Meer, who was found guilty of slavery and mass murder at Auschwitz in the IG Farben
Trial in 1948 was sentenced to seven years imprisonment, but was released with a pat on the
hand in 1950 to become Chairman of Bayer AG in 1956 now one of the biggest
manufacturers of vaccines in the world. Karl Krauch, also found guilty at the IG Farben Trial in
1948 of war crimes against humanity, was given a six year sentence, but was also released
with a pat on the hand in 1950 to become the Chairman of BASF in 1952 also now involved
with the supply of some of the most toxic ingredients in vaccines such as thimerosal (mercury)
and phenol (carbolic acid) used as preservatives. Phenol, that was used in the injections by
Nazi doctors to kill people in the T4 program, is remarkably now being used in vaccines.

Karl Krauch was a Senator of the Kaiser Wilhelm Society for the Advancement of Science that
headed many of the Nazi scientific operations and institutes. Although Hitler had written
about his plan to implement sterilization and eugenics in Mein Kampf published in 1925-1926,
it was the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute of Anthropology, Human Heredity, and Eugenics, (19271945) headquartered in Berlin (and partially funded by the Rockefeller Foundation), that

Today the Max Planck Society now consists of over 80 research institutes, has a budget of
nearly 2 billion and has a staff of 17,000. The logo of the Max Planck Society is the head of
the Roman goddess of medicine and wisdom, Minerva (Greek Athena). In Rome, she was
known as Minerva Medica and was the goddess of medicine. The Greek historian Plutarch
called Athena, Athena Hygieia health. Originally Athena was the Minoan domestic Snake
Goddess. Not only is todays capital of Greece named after her, but apart from being

in Western culture. His oath was written in Ionic Greek in the late 5 th Century BC., and it
historically has been taken by all physicians on graduation.
The first verse reads; I swear by Apollo The Healer, by Asclepius, by Hygieia, by Panacea, and
by all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses, that I will carry out, according to
my ability and judgment, this oath and this indenture.
All medical doctors throughout the world cannot practice unless they take this pagan oath or
derivations of it (now in the Declaration of Geneva), committing their service to these ancient
pagan Greek gods and goddesses. Hence, the magical, occult staff of Asclepius with the
Serpent of Satan wrapped around it, is the international symbol of the World Medical
Association, and the global medical profession.

World Medical Association (WMA) at Geneva in 1948, amended in 1968, 1983, 1994 and
revised in 2005 and 2006. It is a declaration of a physicians dedication to the humanitarian
goals of medicine, being especially important in view of the medical crimes which had just
been committed in Nazi Germany. The Declaration of Geneva was intended as a revision of

In 1946, a study committee had been appointed to prepare a Charter of Medicine which

Oath of Hippocrates which was sent for consideration to the WMAs second general assembly
in Geneva in 1948. The medical vow was adopted and the assembly agreed to name it the
Declaration of Geneva.
This document was adopted by the World Medical Association only three months before the
United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948)
which provides for the security of the person.

The World Medical Association controls every medical doctor in the world more than 10
million of them. It was conceived by the British Medical Association in 1945, and formerly
established on September 18, 1947. It is now headquartered in Ferney-Voltaire France (close

Developed over 2000 years or more, the global medical profession have evolved a refined,
corrupt no faults system through their medical councils and disciplinary tribunals to

In most cases, doctors will cover up for each other, which makes it extremely difficult for

organization that acts for most Canadian doctors, two-thirds of cases are dismissed or
discontinued, a quarter are eventually settled, and in only 3% of cases does the judgment go

How much can I trust the government, scientific or medical profession?
Much in this little book may be difficult to believe. Not all science or medicine is bad. Not
everything the government does is bad. Proper discernment is required and at times it is very
difficult to achieve. But never ever think that the government, scientists or doctors are all
infallible, ethical or more intelligent than anyone else. Historically, the facts often prove
beyond doubt many of their actions have quite simply been downright misguided and evil.
For a brief example. Around 1000 BC in Egypt and around the time of Hippocrates in the 5th
century BC in Greece Bloodletting, or bleeding a patient to health (death), based on a
deluded theory linked to menstruation, was the most common medical practice performed

profession right into the 20th century. It was used to treat almost every disease, from acne,
asthma, cancer, cholera, coma, diabetes, insanity, jaundice, leprosy, ophthalmia, pneumonia,

Bible. As such, in the following concluding chapter, be it as controversial as it is, the author
will try to briefly summarize the two opposing belief systems, hopefully, to bring out the full
truth of this historically, extremely contentious matter and explain why both the medical
profession and light bulb industry are now acting so closely in unison together to subtly
blind people through LED light while helping to fulfil Lucifers infamous prophetic role, as

as the angel [messenger] of light who sets forth to rapidly destroy the whole world through

In prophetically warning about Satan during this rapidly changing, short, evil time,
foreshadowing the introduction of the mark of the beast system for all buying and selling
described in Revelation 13, John in Revelation 12:12 succinctly explained:

CONCLUSION:
THE WAR BETWEEN CHRIST AND LUCIFER

On the one hand, according to the Bible, the power of Christ is to bring TRUE LIGHT into the
world to help people, cure blindness, and ultimately give people everlasting life.
On the other hand, Lucifer (Satan) wants to bring his poisonous ARTIFICIAL LIGHT into the
world to curse people with blindness and ultimately destroy everything.
Anyone who has made a deep study of ancient Greek myth, belief and worship will know that
there is a recurring theme in all of it with severe punishment administered by the gods who
oppose them BLINDNESS.
The spiritual war, therefore, is between Jesus Christ and Lucifer (Satan). According to the
Bible, all good light comes from God the Father:
Father of lights
Every good gift and perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights,
with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. (James 1:17)
Christ
For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light. (Psalm 36:9)
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me
shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. (John 8:12)
Christs followers
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a
candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in
the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify
your Father which is in heaven. (Matthew 5:14-16).
But unfortunately, there is a great deal of opposition to this good light from a certain, dark
personality, called Lucifer, who masquerades as a bright, morning star and angel of light and
he doesnt like these claims of Christ one little bit at all. So what do we know about him?

Lucifer
The name Lucifer is the only name in the entire Bible directly connected to modern
lighting and light bulbs. Here is the only passage in the Bible in which his name occurs:
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art thou cut down to
the ground, which did weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into
heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit on the mount of the
congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be
like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. They that
see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble,
that did shake kingdoms; That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities
thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners? (Isaiah 14:12-17)
The word Lucifer is by far the most controversial word in the entire KJV Bible. For centuries
apostate scholars and pagans have attacked its inclusion in the KJV Bible. As the result, most
modern Bible version editors have removed it from their spurious texts so that their readers
will be utterly confused and not be able to fully understand or largely comprehend this
profound truth about LEDs with Lucifers direct relationship with them. Now!
The KJV translators, under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, surprisingly took the word Lucifer
in Isaiah 14:12 not from the Hebrew word heylel (Strongs Hebrew #1966 brightness) in the
Ben Chaim Masoretic Hebrew Text as would normally have been expected, but
uncharacteristically took the word from the Latin Vulgate translation. Now we know why!
Latin Vulgate: quomodo cecidisti de caelo lucifer qui mane oriebaris corruisti in terram qui
vulnerabas gentes. (Isaiah 14:12)
King James Bible: How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How art
thou cut down to the ground, which did weaken the nations! (Isaiah 14:12)
Even though the fifth word in the Latin text lucifer above in Isaiah 14:12 is not capitalized
as a proper name in the Vulgate, and it occurs elsewhere in the Latin Vulgate in Job 11:17, Job
38:32, and 2 Peter 1:19, where the KJV translators did not follow the Vulgate the KJV
translators chose to follow the 1599 Geneva Bible to capitalize it because of the context
implying that it was not only a metaphor for the king of Babylon, but was referring to Satan.
Most spurious modern bible versions have deviously changed Lucifer as a person (Satan) in
the Isaiah 14:12 text to terms like morning star, daystar, son of the dawn etc. wickedly making
Lucifer the same as Jesus Christ the bright and morning star described in Revelation 22:16.
There is a special Greek word used for bright in Revelation 22:16 relating to Jesus Christ. It
is lamprs (Strongs Greek #2986 magnificent, bright, clear, gay, goodly, gorgeous white)
which is entirely different to astrap lightning (Strongs Greek #796) in Luke 10:18, and phs

light (Strongs Greek #5457) in 2 Corinthians 11:14 both of which relate to Lucifers
counterfeit and destructive light. The KJV translators correctly made this subtle distinction.
The Latin word Lucifer comes from two Latin words lux light and ferous to bear or carry =
literally Light-bringer. Today this Latin word lux, is still the official international word for the
measurement of luminous light intensity [lux], and is the root word for Lucifer.
In the passage in 2 Corinthians 11:14, And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into
an angel of light the English word light here is translated from the Greek word phs light
(Strongs Greek #5457) which is the root word of the Greek phosphorous and eosphoros the
equivalent in Latin of which is Lucifer. The KJV translators rendered it in the correct context.
The Latin term, Phosphorus, comes from Greek Phsphoros in turn a composite of the Greek
roots phs light and phoros bringing = Light-bringer.
The term phsphoros Light-bringer was simply the Greek equivalent of the Roman, Latin
term, Lucifer Light-bringer. In 2 Peter 1:19, the Vulgate renders it lucifer, the KJV day star.
Remarkably, apart from a relative minority of LEDs manufactured using the Red-Green-Blue
(RGB) System, most LEDs today are now manufactured using what is called the Phosphor
Conversion System. In this process, a primary compound called Phosphorus (the literal Greek
name for the Latin term Lucifer) is used to convert blue light into white light. In the
manufacture of white LEDs, yellow or orange phosphorus [phosphor] is used to convert most
of the blue light emitted from blue LEDs into white light, but the conversion process still leaves
a very sharp poisoned arrow of blinding blue light in the spectral emissions. It is this intense,
sharp spike of toxic blue light in LEDs that seriously damages the retina, leading to macular
degeneration and blindness.
Not only is this conversion process made by phosphor, it is the very same word as Greek
Phosphorus Light-bringer (in Latin, Lucifer) which is closely related to the Greek god,
Phoebus-Apollo The Radiant One the same pagan deity now worshipped by members of
both the Global Lighting Association (originally called the Phoebus Cartel), and the World
Medical Association.
If one carefully reads the biography of Lucifer in Isaiah chapter 14, about his enormous pride
and deceptive role as the Light-bringer mentioned in the New Testament it therefore
becomes plain what Lucifer is going to do in the last days, as the LED Light-bringer.
Most particularly it involves destroying the worlds cities thereof (at least in part - through
saturating them with poisonous LED light) in the pivotal role light bulb manufacturers and the
medical profession have together in carrying out his evil, devious work. The plan is very subtle,
ingenious and crafty.

Whoever would have thought that the Devil would one day come to destroy the whole
world as a deviously clever, almost imperceptible literal angel [messenger] of LED light?
Gods promises to Israel: The blessings and curses
In Deuteronomy chapter 28, God made some amazing promises to the nation of Israel (which
Messianic Jews and Christians believe are still current today), in which he guaranteed
wonderful blessings for obedience and terrible curses for disobedience. In fact, with his
promises for obedience he gave his personal assurance that he would one day set Israel on
high above all nations of the earth. However, if Israel were to reject his wonderful assurances,
and depart and go after other pagan gods, he promised to bring a number of terrible curses
upon the nation. One of those curses was physical blindness.
The LORD will smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart: And thou
shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy
ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.
(Deuteronomy 28:28-29).
Much later, the prophet Zechariah predicted that this curse would not only apply to Israel,
but to the Gentile nations as well, and most particularly to those people who were against
Judah (Jews) and Jerusalem in the last days (which many Christians believe is beginning now)
a period after which God had re-gathered his people from the four corners of the earth to
the land of Israel after their exile. During the end part of this troublesome period, Jerusalem,
the capital city of Israel, he predicted, was to finally become a cup of trembling and
burdensome stone for all people on earth who have turned away from God and gathered
together against it. Again, one of the main features of this troublesome time was prophesied
to be blindness:
In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with
madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the
people with blindness. (Zechariah 12:4).
In the New Testament, when Christ came into the synagogue at Nazareth on the Sabbath day,
he first referred to the prophecy of himself in Isaiah:
And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened
the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because
he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the
brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to
set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. (Luke 4:1719).
Jesus repeated this of himself, recorded in the Gospel of John:

And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see;
and they which see might be made blind. (John 9:39).
He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their hearts; that they should not see with their
eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. (John
12:40).
The apostle Paul wrote this to the Corinthians in Greece:
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the
light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. (2
Corinthians 4:4).
John, was commanded to write this to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans:
I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: So then because thou art lukewarm, and
neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and
increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and
miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire,
that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame
of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye salve, that thou mayest see.
(Revelation 3:14-18).
FIRST COMES SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS THEN COMES PHYSICAL BLINDNESS
Satan is going to be diabolically cunning and deceptive
For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders;
inasmuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. (Matthew 24:24).
And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his
mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after
the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness
of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that
they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should
believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believe not the truth, but had pleasure in
unrighteousness. (2 Thessalonians 2:8-12).
The apostasy of Christianity, combined with the light bulb industry and medical professions
continual, obstinate worship of the Greek god Phoebus-Apollo (Apollyon Destroyer) has a
huge part to play in the last days apocalypse period in fulfilling Satans final death-bringing
role as the deceptive global angel of light and angel of the bottomless pit. Indeed, Isaiah,
Luke, Paul, and John (in Revelation 9), directly use Phoebus-Apollos and Lucifers chief role
in the Greek/Roman myths to vividly describe him.

Today, are not the world medical professionals, with their many poisonous vaccines,
medicines, drugs and treatments, the modern medical emissaries of the ancient Greek deity
Apollo? the greatly loved god who cunningly mediated through his deceptive, serpentine
son, Asclepius to be naively worshipped and respected by the public masses as the great
physician, god of light, medicine and healing yet who paradoxically ended up fraudulently
deceiving everybody by surreptitiously causing the very debilitating diseases, ill-health,
plague and blindness he claimed his therapeutic practices were designed to prevent.
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no
great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end
shall be according to their works. (2 Corinthians 11:14-15).
And I saw a star fall from heaven (Rev.9:1), How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer,
(Isaiah 14:12), I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven (Luke 10:18), And no marvel;
for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light (2 Cor.11:14) and to him was given
the key of the bottomless pit. (Rev.9:1).
These particular verses in Isaiah 14:12, Luke 10:18 and 2 Corinthians 11:14 all relate to Lucifer
and Satan as an angel of light and are literally being fulfilled today by all people possessed
by the Devil, not the least of whom are members of the worlds leading light bulb
manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and most medical doctors.
For the past nearly 2000 years, many Bible scholars thought that all these scriptures in the
New Testament about Lucifer as the Light-bringer connected to Isaiah 14 were only largely
symbolical. Now we know much better. The real truth is these scriptures are totally literal.
In John 10:10, Christ solemnly warned his disciples:
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy
And now, is it not? on a global scale Lucifer, himself, the literal Light-bringer angel
and messenger of light through his demonic agents, the global light bulb manufacturers,
with their transformation of the whole world to LED lighting and the world medical
profession, disguised as ministers of righteousness deviously using their new, incredibly
destructive slit lamps and ophthalmoscopes, illuminated by enormously damaging LEDs that
are about to subtly rob billions of people of their precious eyesight.
While still, at the same time they contemptuously have the cheek, to claim to care for the
best interests of their patients in healing them, just like Apollo and his son Asclepius the
duplicitous Greek gods of medicine and healing who, with their poisoned arrows of sharp,
scorching, bright light ended up treacherously blinding all their enemies and their patients.
