pressure area, state weather agency PAGASA said on Monday, June 27, 2016
For the storm signal, all Tropical Cyclone Warning Signals elsewhere are now
lifted
PAGASA announces that the Low Pressure Area is still expected to bring
occasional moderate to heavy rains which may trigger flash floods and landslides
over Northern and Central Luzon and the provinces of Rizal and Quezon. While light
to moderate rains is expected over Cavite, Laguna and Batangas.

Two alleged carnappers were killed while exchanging gunfire with the
policemen, ___________

Two alleged (alejd) carnappers were killed in a shooting incident in Binangonan, Rizal Province.

The two suspects allegedly exchanged gunfire with Philippine National PoliceHighway Patrol Group or PNP-HPG members during an entrapment operation.
Their group was led by a certain Ronald Marcos, he was on board the alleged stolen
L-300 van, and as they approached the HPG operatives, the suspects instead of
stopping, attempted to collide with the mobile of the HPG.
Authorities chased the suspects and when they reached a junk shop, they tried to
hide from the police. However, they were trapped and started shooting at them.
Marcos and a still unidentified male were killed during the said incident.

A P.E. professor allegedly molested and repeatedly raped a 15yearold girl who
happens to be a student in his own class. The controversial report made headlines
when a major news outlet released the details of the sexual abuse committed by
the academic instructor in Paraaque city.

The alleged suspect, who raped the student three times, was arrested by
Paraaque Mayor's Action Team thru an entrapment operation setup in a certain
convenient store. In the actual footage shared by the authorities to the local media,
the professor confidently kissed the victim as if feeling zero threat in the

The seems to be a normal day to the alleged rapist, who was later identified as Kirk
Patrick Ferrer, became a tragic memory when the arresting officers showed up in
front of him. The professor was securely handcuffed by the police and was brought
to the precinct for further interrogation.
Meanwhile, teary-eyed suspect revealed that the victim Michelle, not her real name,
and him are allegedly in a relationship. He denied the sexual harassment and rape
allegations raised by the guardian of the victim who is a single parent of three.
The rape issue has linked a certain reputable computer academic institution in
Paraaque. Jhef Culala Mangulabnan said that the school where the professor has
worked before is STI College. This report immediately alarmed the community of STI
causing its Public Relations Officer to issue a statement that Kirk Ferrer is no longer
connected with the campus in Paraaque.
Despite the defense of the college administration and its staff, STI's reputation
remains at stake after ABSCBN news mentioned in its report citing the rape incident
was committed by the professor during his employment at the school which was in
academic year 2014-2015.

Istanbul, Turkey (CNN) Gunshots, screams and explosions pierced the air Tuesday as
three terrorists armed with bombs and guns killed at least 36 people at Istanbul
Ataturk Airport in Turkey.
Witnesses described deadly carnage and crowds in a panic as the attackers struck
one of the world's busiest airports.
At least 36 people were killed, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said. An
additional 147 people were wounded, Turkey's Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag said.
Sue Savage was in the airport to see a friend off when she heard gunshots and then
an explosion. More gunshots rang out, followed by another boom, she told.
She ducked into a men's prayer room and then into a men's toilet, where she hid in
a stall with a young woman.
They came out about 30 minutes later, and heard more screams and gunshots.
They ducked into a room where luggage is inspected.
She and about 30 people were herded into a women's prayer room until authorities
led them out and down an escalator into the main terminal hall.
"There was a lot of blood," she said. The floor was marked with bloody boot marks
as the group was led to the other side of the room.
"There was so much glass on the floor they were scuffing it aside so we didn't slip,"
she said.
The White House issued a statement condemning the terror act.

"Ataturk International Airport, like Brussels Airport which was attacked earlier this
year, is a symbol of international connections and the ties that bind us together," it
said.
"Our deepest condolences go out to the families and loved ones of those killed, and
we wish a speedy recovery to those injured. We remain steadfast in our support for
Turkey, our NATO ally and partner, along with all of our friends and allies around the
world, as we continue to confront the threat of terrorism."
The U.S. Embassy in Ankara sent consular officers to the airport to see whether any
of the victims were from the United States.
There were no immediate indications of any American casualties, a senior State
Department official said.
