Forearm
Skinisthin,hairy,freelymobileontheunderlyingtendonsandbones.
Itissuppliedbytheanteriorandposteriorbranchesofthelateralcutaneousnerveofthe
forearm,acontinuationofthemusculocutaneousnerve,andfromtheanteriorand
posteriorbranchesofthemedialcutaneousnerveoftheforearm.
Narrowstripofskindownthemiddleoftheposteriorsurfaceoftheforearmsuppliedby
theposteriorcutaneousnerveoftheforearm.

Skinisthin,hairy,freelymobileontheunderlyingtendonsandbones.

2.Reviewthedeepfascia.
Forearmisenclosedindeepfascia,attachedtoperiosteumoftheposteriorsubcutaneous
borderoftheulna.Togetherwithinterosseousmembraneandfibrousintermuscularsepta,
dividestheforearmintoseveralcompartments.

Itisafascialexpansionthatsplitsintothreeparts
Central:insertedintobaseofthemiddlephalanx
Twolateralparts:convergedtobeinsertedintothebaseofthedistalphalanx.
Receivestendonoftheinsertionofthecorrespondinginterosseousmuscleoneachside
andfartherdistallyreceivesthetendonofthelumbricalmuscleonlateralside.
