The Texas Public Power Association (TPPA) represents the interests


of public power providers in the state of Texas including municipally
owned electric utilities, river authorities, joint action agencies, and
some electric cooperatives.

Municipally-Owned Utility
(MOU)
A publicly owned, nonprofit utility
