If the connection is successful and the login information (TIN, Username and Password) you
provided is valid, the application saves your login (except the password) and registration
information on your computer. You can now use the eFPS Offline Form application.

To view a form
3. You can print, save or submit the form you are viewing. To print, scroll to Action menu and click
Print or press keys Ctrl and p simultaneously. To save and work on it later, scroll to Action menu
and click Save File or press keys Ctrl and s simultaneously. To submit, click the Submit button
located at the bottom of the form.
Note: Verify that your computer is connected to the internet when submitting the form to eFPS
online.
To update a profile
1. On the eFPS User Menu, click the Update
Profile button. The Create New Profile
dialogue box appears.
3. Supply your password, and then click OK. The Status window appears, indicating the status of your
connection.
Note: Verify that your computer is connected to the internet. The application connects to eFPS to get
your updated registration information.
4. The application notifies you whether or
not updating of your profile is successful.
Explanation
Message shown when (a) you are
creating a profile for a new user or (b) the
system cannot find the profile for the TIN,
Branch Code and Username you provided
when logging on to the eFPS Offline Form
application.
