Notice No. 06/2009-RTI dated 07.10.2009. Consequent upon transfer and allocation of
charges among some officers, the above referred public Notice No. 06/2009-RTI dated
07.10.2009 is hereby modified to designate the present incumbent of the said posts as
CPIO under Section 5(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, in respect of matters
