Participant Reflection Prompts for Phases 1,2 & 3

Think about the stage. As you think you may be able to organise your
reflections into different categories:
What did we do? We made a presentation about our topics and what we have
done so far?. We bought the t-shirts of our team with our universitys logo on. We
again did some brainstorming and we created new ideas such as instagram
frame and cupcake show. We organized our real presentation. For example, we
defined in which order we are going to talk.
How did we do it? Why did we do it this way? We defined our free time and we
came together at our university, because we thought that we should have work
as a team and should have go over our studies as we are close to our deadline.
What knowledge have I learned or developed? We developed an instagram frame
and we decided to make a show with cupcakes.
What skills and attitudes have I learned or developed? We learned the
importance of teamwork and we also learned how to work efficiently as a team
member. By the help of our little presentation, we realized the importance of eye
contact and body language. It was rehearsal of the main presentation.
How can I apply my development during this phase to other learning situations?
During our university life we will have to prepare some projects as a team. So,
well be more accustomed to teamwork.
How can I apply my development during this phase to other life situations?As we
are social beings, we have to contact with other people in our social and
professional lives. So, weve learned how to interact with others.

What part(s) of this phase most surprised you?Although we think that we have
intrapersonal intelligence, it was surprising that we could work as a member of
team.
Which part(s) of the phase was the most fulfilling? What part was the least
fulfilling? What does this suggest about the way you work and learn?In this phase
we made a presentation. During our presentation as a team, we were in a good
contact with the each other. It was the most fulfilling point, but our eye contact
and our body language with the audiees was not good.
Consider your experiences during the phase. How did you feel about the
experiences during the phase? How do you feel now? Describe any similarities or
differences.During the phase we were too worried and nervous because i was

thinking that we couldnt finish our work on time. However, now, we are more
relaxed because our project is nearly ready for great day.
What skills, knowledge and attitudes do you think you developed through this
phase? We developed our teamwork skills and speaking skills.
What does your performance in this phase suggest to you about your strengths?
Our strengths are,
-We are a good researchers.
-We are creative.
-We can work in harmony with the members of the team.
What does your performance in this stage suggest to you about your
opportunities for development?
What did you learn from the phase about how you react? (Working in a team,
meeting deadlines, team responsibility, team creativity...)We tried to prepare our
tasks before deadlines. As we said before we are really good at working in a
team. We are responsible team members and we always think of our
responsibilities. We think that we are creative because we developed new and
different ideas such as t-shirts with logos, instagram frame etc.
Were any of the experiences of this phase familiar to you?We are familiar to
verbal presentation because we have made presentations for the speaking in
class.
Now that you have reflected on the phase what might you do differently in the
future?We might work for PR which stands for public relations because we have
different and strange ideas.
What would you like to be able to do better? How could you improve in the
future?
-We want to be more self-confident for our project.
-While speaking in public, we want to use our body language more effectively.
- We want to use effective and attractive visual for our poster.
How has studying / thinking about the topic material had an impact on your
thinking?We learned the importance of brainstorming and discussion. It made me
think more systematically and more rationally.
