Sizing information for women

To ensure a perfect t it is important to purchase the right-sized garments.
The chart on this page shows metric and imperial measurements and how you
can convert either to ensure you order the correct size code.

Skirt, dress and coat lengths

depending on your height
The diagram on the right
shows where skirt, dress
and coat lengths nish on
average-height women.
This is only a guide and
you may be outside
this height.
For example the guide
shows that if you are
looking for a knee-length
skirt, and you are 54
you will need 23.

Remember
Band size + cup size = Bra size
Remember, being measured for a bra is not the same as being tted,
tape measures can provide a rough guide but you will only ever really know if
your bra ts you properly by trying it on and following our easy steps below.

When carrying out the instructions, keep your

current bra size in mind- this is very important, as
your current bra size is the real starting point for
the actions we are about to take!
Three simple steps to your perfect t.

1 Find your

Depending on how badly tting you think your bra

was, we suggest that you now try on a bra in your
new band-size, but go up in the cup by as many
band-sizes as you have dropped.
So for example, if you were wearing a 38C, but
now nd you are a 34 band-size, we suggest that
you try going up 2 cup sizes (because you went
down by 2 bandsizes) so try a 34DD. This will give
you a sensible place to start ordering and trying
your bras.
This will take you to a new bra size, which is a
similar t in the cup to your old size. Of course,
this may not be quite right for you, and we would
like you to consider this as a starting point using
the key points below for a perfect t.

This is the
measurement of
your body around
the rib cage, just
beneath your
bust. Make sure
the tape measure
is level and is
pulled tighter than
you would wear
your bra.

3 The perfect Fit

Dresses
& Coats

Wires at the front, in the middle of your chest, sit at against your body.

The underside of the wire sits at and securely against your rib cage.
Breast tissue encased completely by the wire. The wire should sit behind
the breast tissue at your underarm.
Cups t with no bulging over, or gaping at the top.
Straps should be adjusted in length to give support to the cup but should
also be comfortable.

at the front of your bra.
Your back-band should be snug. You should not be able to pull it more
than 2 from your back.
