It was appointed at the height of a 20 m above ground level and calculated for the wind
speed velocity of 4 - 16 m / s in the area free of trees and superstructure. World year
avarage wind speed is determined at the height of a 20 m (current velocity measurements
were performed in the wind stations IMGW przewanie at an altitude of 10 m).
