Provisionalbookingsforpartiesbookedmorethan4weeksinadvancewillbeheld
for10days.
Partiesbookedwithin4weeksofthepartydatewillbeheldfor48hours.
Toconfirmabookingyouarerequiredtopaya100.00deposit.Thedepositmaybe
paidviaourwebsite:

Partiesnotconfirmedwithinthistimemaybecancelledandthetimemadeavailable
tootherclients.

Payments

Finalbalancesmustbepaidonorbeforethedayoftheparty.

Catering

Wedonotprovideacateringserviceandthereforecanacceptnoliabilitytothehirer
foranydamages,costs,losses,claims,expenses,demandsandproceedings
whatsoever,howsoeverarisingwhetherincontract,tortorotherwise,arisingdirectly
orindirectly,outoforinthecourseoforconnectionwiththeprovisionoffoodservice
orcatering.

Supervision

Oureventsareforadultsonlyandwereservetherighttorefuseaccessfor
individualsundertheageof16.
Thehirerisresponsibleforallindividualsattendingthepartyandmustensurethat
theybehaveinthepropermanneratalltimes.Intheeventofanindividualbehaving
inanunacceptablemanner,ourstaffwillaskthehirertodealwiththeindividual(s)in
ordertominimisethedisruptiontotheentertainmentprovided.
Wereservetherighttoceaseaneventintheeventofunacceptable,violentor
dangerousbehaviour.

Timing

Ourteamwillrequireatleasttwohoursbeforeandafterthepartytosetup
equipmentandpreparefortheparty,theHirerisresponsibleforensuringthereis
accessavailableatthevenue.

Liability

Weholdspublicliabilityinsuranceandwetaketheutmostcaretoensurethesafety
ofallpartyguests,howeverliabilitycannotbetakenforinjurysustainedwhilst
attendingapartyorthereafter.

Wecannotacceptliabilityforeventsoutsidethecompany'scontroltoinclude
hazards/dangerswithinthehomeorchosenvenue.

Cancellationbythehirer

Cancellationofabookingmadewithin14daysofthepartywillincurtheforfeitofthe
deposit.

Cancellationsofabookingmadewithin7daysofthepartywillincurthefullfeesof
thepartyactivity.

CancellationorCurtailmentbyUncleBobsParties

Intheunlikelyeventthatweareunabletoattendyourparty,youwillbeoffered
eitherafullrefundoranalternativefuturepartydate.
Wemayonoccasionwithdrawpartofthequotedpartyserviceswhere,despiteour
bestefforts,physicalspaceorsetuptimeonthedayislimitedforfactorsbeyondour
control(forexampletrafficdelays,damagedequipment,venueconstraints).

ApplicableLaw

TheseTermsandConditionsaresubjecttothelawsofEngland.TheEnglishCourts
willhavenonexclusivejurisdiction.

responsibleforanyloss,damage,orinjurytoindividuals,theirfamilymembers,and
guestsasaresultofparticipatingintheseactivities.

I,theundersigned,representthatIamtheHirerfortheaboveevent.IacknowledgeI
takeFULLresponsibilityforalloftheguestsattendingthepartyatmyownrisk.
Bysigningbelow,IherebyreleaseanddischargeUncleBobsParties,itsmanagers,
officers,directors,agentsandemployees(theReleasees)fromanyandallliability,
claims,demands,lossesordamageshoweverarisingrelatedtomineormyguests
attendanceatthebookedeventandwhetherrelatedtopropertydamage,theftand/or
personalinjury,includingbutnotlimitedtoclaimsfornegligence.
IwillindemnifyeachoftheReleaseesforanyclaim,expense,legalfees,loss,
liability,damageorcostwhichrelatesto,orarisesfrom,thecircumstancestowhich
thiswaiverapplies,tothefullestextentpermittedbylaw.
