Pursuant to the Memorandum Circular No. 2A15-1, subject: "Guidelines on the

Grant af the Performance-Based Bonus for Fiscal Year 2015 under Executive Orcer No.
80'l the following are being issued for the information of all officials and employees of
the Schools Division of Camarines Sur:

1. The submission of the IPCRF for January to December 2015 of

Teaching Employees and the PAST/PASSAJPASDS for the School

2015-2016 is given extension until May 11,2016;

lt is informed that as provided in the above mentioned MC 2015-1, officials
and employees who received their cash advances from the period covering
January to November 2015 and has failed to liquidate the same until
December 31,2015 will not be entitled to the FY 2015 PBB.
