1. The Committee on Claims (COC) rendered a Decision or Resolution which totally or partially

YourremedyistoelevateyourcasewiththeGSISBoardofTrusteesbyfilingaPetitionappealingtheDecisionorResolutionof
theCOC.
Asarule,DecisionsorResolutionsoftheCommitteeonClaimsondisputedactionsoftheOperatingUnitConcerned(OUC)may
beappealedtotheGSISBoardofTrustees.

YoushouldfileyourPetitionwiththeOfficeoftheCorporateSecretary(OCS)withofficeaddressatthe7thFloor,GSISFinancial
Center,MacapagalAvenue,PasayCitynotlaterthansixty(60)calendardaysfromreceiptoftheDecisionorResolutionofthe
COC.AcopyofyourPetitionshallbeservedtotheCOC.

asproofofpaymentoffilingfee.Itisveryimportantthatthefilingfeeispaidwithinthemandatorysixtycalendardayperiod
inorderforthePetitiontobeconsideredafiledontimeorfiledwithintheprescribedperiod.
