MOTION TO TEMPORARILY POSTPONE PROCEEDINGS

COMES NOW the respondent by herself, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully alleges;
That on 8 June 2016, hearing for the above-captioned case shall ensue.
Unfortunately, the herein respondent has to leave the country on 27 May 2016
considering that my daughter who is based in 43 Chatsworth Ave. Northampton, is
scheduled to cause birth delivery.
To corroborate the aforementioned departure and return, the
Ticket receipt is hereto reproduced and made an integral part hereof;

Considering that I would not be physically present on the date of hearing as

the undersigned will return on 1 July 2016, it is most respectfully prayed that trial
and or other proceedings relative thereto be temporarily be postponed.
It is added that the foregoing motion is not intended to delay the proceedings
nor cause injustice in the part of the complainant.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed in the best interest of

justice that the foregoing be GRANTED, and thereto order be issued temporarily
postponing the proceedings for the above-captioned case.
Other form of relief just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed
and respectfully sought.
