Uttarakhand Uthan Samiti, an Educational Society, engaged in

the sky is the limit . After having established an engineering college DBIT
of repute in the state of Uttarakhand, the management stepped across the
border and made an inroad to DBIPR, DBIMS and DBITE within three
years and now has established institutes under DBGI in Saharanpur
running different courses. Our B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, MCA, courses are
approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt . Of India, affiliated to Uttar
Pradesh Technical University Lucknow & BBA, BCA Courses are
affiliated from CCS University & Polytechnic Diploma is affiliated from

THEME OF CONFERENCE
Objective of this conference is to find emerging role of technology &
management in technocracy. But what is its actual role; it is still a debatable
question? Different expert have their own opinion about the role, but what
would be technocracy playing role in the field of Electronics Engineering,

How to reach Saharanpur (U.P.)

Saharanpur is well connected with rail routes and the bus


facility with other cities. It is situated 160 Kms from New
Delhi, 70 Kms from Dehradun and 130 Kms from
Chandigarh. The weather is generally expected to be warm
on 5 April, 2015 with maximum temperature ranges from
270 C to 350C.

PAPER SUBMISSION
Full Text Manuscripts in IEEE template should be submitted by one of
the authors of the manuscript to conf@dbgisre.edu.in. Only electronic
PDF (*.pdf) file shall be considered for review. Length of the paper
should be confined up to 4 pages. All the future correspondence shall be
done only with corresponding author.

PEER REVIEW PROCESS


Full text paper submissions to conference will be peer-reviewed by the
members of the specific technical Committee & Editorial Review Board
to assess their quality and relevance to scope of conferences and the
attendees of the conference. The reviewers' recommendations determine
whether a paper shall be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject
to resubmission with significant changes / rejected. Conference
Coordinator reserves the right to refuse any manuscript, whether on
invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications
before publication.

After provisional acceptance the corresponding author shall


send the Word (*.doc or *.docx) file of the revised manuscript
to conf@dbgisre.edu.in

Candidates register themselves by sending the registration form on the
enclosed proforma along with the registration fee in form of
Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of Dev Bhoomi Institute of

Fee may be deposited in cash also. Separate registration is required


for each paper for inclusion in the proceedings of the conference .The
proof of fee submission should be retained by the
