SUB: Supporting letter for my mothers sponsorship to UK

Dear Officer,
I PRASANTHI PRAKASH (33 years old), British Citizen living in UK with my husband
and my 4 years old daughter. I am writing this letter on behalf of my mother
(MRS RATHYINDRA DEVI KRISHNARASA) sponsorship to UK currently residing in
Srilanka.
Im a patient suffering from CHRONIC KIDNEY FAILURE for last 2 years and
undergoing treatment for the same. My both kidneys are 95% damaged. This illness
has created a kind of trauma in me and I have lost my confidence. Also physically
and mentally Im stressed and fear of loneliness makes me not to concentrate on my
child who has just started her schooling. My husband goes for work and my daughter
also does fulltime schooling, so I will stay all alone at home, I am also not able to go
for work as my stamina and immunity has become very poor and not able to stand
for long time, I soon get tired and dizzied. Due to these reasons Im not able to
concentrate on my daughters health as Im not cooking proper food for her so poor
diet has made her very weak with poor immunity. Also I often have doctor
appointment, blood test during anytime of the day and I cannot travel alone thus my
husband have to accompany me during such days, it causes lots of problem to pick
and drop my daughter from the school. For these many reasons my mother visited
me in UK in a tourist visa valid for six months to give me physical and emotional
support. My mother requested only for three months visit to the visa office as she
had to take care of her mother (my grandmother) in Srilanka who is disabled and
alone. My mother left my grandmother to the nearby neighbours in Srilanka to take
care of her.

Unfortunately my health condition became very poor so I had to undergo an

operation were the doctor physically inserted a catheter inside my abdomen
connecting my kidneys to perform renal replacement therapy and to start my
PERITONIAL DIALYSIS. For that reason I was kept in the hospital for one full day
and was not able to walk for more than 2 weeks. Doctors have advised me to stay in
the separate room away from the dust and pollution. As I have very low immunity
and can catch infections instantly that can become threat to my life.
I have been strictly instructed to perform dialysis thrice a day and six days a week.
This involves instilling and draining fluid from my abdomen. Because of this
operation I cannot lift any heavyweight objects including my daughter. Due to these
unavoidable circumstances my mother had to stay with me for longer than three
months as requested and left UK on 03.FEB.2016. During her period of stay in UK
my mother was the one taking care of me and my child and also doing all the
household work. My mother also helped to pick and drop my daughter from the
school.
After my mother left Im not emotionally and physically stable. My course of
medication has also increased which creates so much stress to me. I am struggling
so hard to manage and take care of my family alone which I am unable to do.
Because of my health condition my daughter goes late to school almost every day
and often falling sick. Whenever she gets sick I am not able to go near her because
of my condition, doctors instructed me to stay away from any type of infections and
disease including common cold and cough. This has depressed me as well as my
child. My husband not able to give his complete concentration on the work, home,
me neither on my child alone. He is also suffering from diabetes and stress.

I sincerely request you to consider me and my daughters health condition and kindly
help us by granting a long-term visitor visa to my mother. I would be really grateful
for your understanding and kindness.
Thanking you.

Regards,

(PRASANTHI PRAKASH)
