Demonstration of Continuous Education

Requirement: Demonstrate that you have been continuously enrolled in and in attendance as a full-time
student at a post-secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and you have
depended substantially on the financial support of one or both your parents either:
since before the age of 22, or
since marrying or entering into a common-law relationship (if it happened before the age of 22).
Complete the table below, covering the period since completion of High School. Do not leave any gaps.
Provide documentation for each period, identifying each one by reference, and attaching it in order.
Continue on a second page if more space is required.
If you do not meet the requirement, please indicate this in a signed statement and return it to our
office. You will then be removed from the application.
