Administration and development of BMC Remedy AR System

applications, a world-class software mainly used by the
organisation as a ticketing system. As a result of this duty, I
proposed a datamining project to exploit historical data.
By the end of the last year I was reassigned to the Telescopes
and Instruments Operators group under the same Science
Operations department, where I'm in charge of operating in an
efficient manner the observatory's telescopes and attached
instruments, aiming to provide the best service as well as data
