Terms and Conditions: (Mini Waiver)

1. Non-refundable and non-transferable Reservation fee of (P2, 000) AND Non-transferable Security Deposit of (P2, 000) should be paid to block the
date. Damaged will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. However additional charges will be collected if the damage incurred is more
than Php 2, 000.
2. FULL PAYMENT should be paid 1 Week prior to the event day. Otherwise, you will be PENALIZE of Php500 on your date of event.
3. You can make final decision the package as soon as 2 week before the date of event, or not unless we didnt spend the capital on the service which is
should be purchase on our supplier.
4. We highly suggest the clients to have buffer to their event so that the catering service company will be able to provide the needs of the
additional/uninvited guest/s during the event. (Note: Advantage of availing packages we take care of our employees meal such as photographer,waiters,crew)
5. Changes with the packages are allowed but are subject to the approval of the catering company. Addl cost may apply or reduce your total payment.
6. To prevent mishandling of your D.Y.I. props and Addl Designs, Installation of your materials is the sole responsibility of the client.
7. Materials, Supplies, Props and equipment should be provided by the client. (Ex. Tapes, Scissors, Thread and Cutter) *Scotch Tape, Fire Arms, Smoking, Pets and
any dangerous gadget or equipment is prohibited on our venue place.
