approach to fine catering with customized
pricing specific to your event.
FCI is the exclusive in-house caterer
and event producer for the International
Culinary Center in New York City.

Executive Chef
Joshua Crane

With 23 years in the industry, and 15 as an executive chef,


Chef Josh Crane is the mastermind behind FCIs delicious,
creative dishes. Chef Crane worked for years in California,
honing a focus on the Clean California style of eating
and nutrition education. From his role as the Executive
Chef at Delicias (a five star restaurant) he made the leap
into the world of catering/events with Coast Catering in
2006. After four years of catering in CA, he joined Prom
Management Group (PGA TOURS) in 2010 to travel
worldwide to learn regional cuisines while executing events.
In 2012 he relocated to NYC and soon joined FCI as
Executive Chef.
Throughout his years as a catering chef, Chef Crane has
learned to adapt to so many different styles and cuisines
that he does not define his career by a certain style, but a
philosophy, of food. He is driven by a passion for techniques
and history of food, and views cooking as an emotional
connection of all five senses.

Hands-On Experiences
What sets FCI apart from other caterers is the
interactive, hands-on capabilities we have for

Market Basket Competition

For this hands-on experience, guests will enjoy
