Postpaid - Customer will enjoy the data speed and charged the following
browsing charges for 2G/3G/4G upto Rs. 500 post free data usages in My
Plans. Post there will be no browsing charges and speed will be throttled to
20kbps.
I) Applicable browsing charges for 3G post expiry of 120 MB free 3G data is
4p/10kb in West Bengal.
II) Applicable browsing charges for 2G post expiry of 240 MB free 2G data is
10p/10kb in West Bengal.
Security Deposit will be refunded to the customer at the time of disconnection
of mobile connection after making necessary adjustments in respect of
outstanding Bill, if any
^ Activation fee is non-refundable.
* Advance rental amount if any is not convertible to security deposit
** Free benefits are on prorata basis
# Customer can opt for maximum of 7 boosters for SMS (400*7 = 2800
SMS/Month) from My Plan in Postpaid.
If customer takes data or SMS power pack as point no 7 then customer will
not be eligible to opt for boster of Data or SMS
Customer can share benefits i.e. free calls, SMS & data usage of their
subscribed MyPlan with other airtel postpaid connection (max. 5 add-on
connections) after payment of Rs. 99/month for each added connection.
