TENDER OF PAYMENT

Dear Miss Ong:
I hereby tender the payment of the unpaid installments in the lot I purchased
from you located at Buhangin, Davao City. As per the Contract to Sell we executed,
the purchase price of the said lot including interest is P342,750.00. I have made the
initial payment of the reservation fee in the amount of P15,000.00, leaving the
balance of P327,750.00 payable within 5 years. Since then, I have already paid the
total amount of P235,000.00, leaving the balance of P92,750.00.
The five-year period as stated in our contract ends in 2017.
I n this regard, I am tendering payment of the said amount of P92,750.00 in
cash. Please issue the corresponding receipt relative thereto.
