b) I personally have not provided any management systems consultancy or in-company/ in
house training on a management topic related to the scope of certification to the
prospective client for at least two years prior to the assignment.
Note:- For the purpose of this agreement consultancy shall be interpreted as including the
provision of an internal audit service to the client.
c) I have None / Some (delete as applicable) financial involvement or interest in
