The matter under discussion these days is women protection bill
should approve or not. Now the question is what is wrong with
this bill? By considering the preferences for the women
protection in this bill we found too much thing whom our religious
leaders named as anti-Islamic. Now this issue is in conflict and
become controversial. What are they? As far as matter of
domestic violence is concerned regarding to husband and wife
only, we need amendments but this law at a whole is not only
about husband and wife it is about every woman whatever they
are girl, sister and mother that is nothing but a freedom in all
respective. Today mostly spoke persons on Media or those who
designated to secretarial post (Bureaucrats) going to make
Pakistan a liberal or secular country. And it should be condemned.
As we all know that they get aid from western countries and in
return they need to implement such laws. Recently an article is
written in The Washington Post the foreign newspaper March 9,
2016;
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif shocked the countrys powerful
religious community by calling for a new, more liberal Pakistan.
But Sharif and his PML-N lawmakers are now challenging
Pakistans religious community, charting a new path for their
party while unsettling a constituency that includes hundreds of
thousands of Islamic clerics. He and his party are trying to
impress the United States of America and the Western countries
by becoming a liberal leader.
Now, I dont need to convince any more about such perception.

Finally, I am coming toward this bill. This bill includes everything

for the freedom of women in all respective. Not even a domestic
violence but also Psychological. `Means if woman need to do
anything or to go anywhere at any time where she wants, she
could this easily without permission of her guardian and if he
refuse may be he imprisoned and such freedom is against Islam.
Basically, the freedom in this particular is controversial not the
whole law. Therefore we need positive amendments concerning
domestic violence according to Islam. Because Islam is a solution
for everything.
In order to implement such laws to give proper right to woman as
described in Sharia, there is also a big problem with some of our
religious fundamentalists. For example; In past, The Council of
Islamic Ideology passed a controversial rule regarding to Rape
or sexual violence, that DNA cannot be used as primary evidence
in rape cases, and it supported a law that requires women
alleging rape to get four male witnesses to testify in court before
a case is heard. It was insane and it should be condemned. If
proper Islamic Sharia got implemented in our state I dont think
we need any foreign interference concerning to such women
rights.
I do believe women plays very important role in making good and
successful society. But there are some fanatics like as we know
Pakistan is a country where culture and tradition have its own
importance. Like different region rely on different culture and
important point is that in some orthodox societies like Pushtuns
where the woman are forbidden to get even basic education and
also right to vote. Yes, they are quite conservative and orthodox.
The state must need to take proper steps for their awareness.

Similarly, some NGOs are working on big western agenda to make

such state a proper liberal and secular. According to them
the freedom is the basic need and should be the first priority.
They are going to demolish our family culture in the name of
these women rights. They wana made Pakistan as secular as
western countries (USA) by giving such freedom to women.
Now I have some reference regarding to Freemason (NGO)
strongly working to implement these law to make The New
world Order as new religion. According to Ralph Epperson
in his book The new world order written in 1989
The New World Order will include changes in;
the family:
Homosexual marriages will be legalized;
parents will not be allowed to raise their
children (the state will;) all women will be
employed by the state and not allowed to
be "homemakers"; divorce will become exceedingly easy and
monogamous marriage will be slowly phased out.
These are the changes they wanted to implement to demolish
family culture and also they want changes in workplace and
religion.
So, the people working on this foreign agenda in Pakistan finally
wrote a bill to meet such requirements as western NGOs do in the
name of women right. I believe no religion is above than humanity
and Islam already gives us a lesson of humanity. As far as women
right is concerned Islam gave us 1400 years ago and we all know
that. It includes everything about social, economic (inheritance,
ownership, maintenance, seek employment), and also legal and
political rights. It all proves Islam is a complete religion regarding
to every aspect.
Finally, It is a duty of a nation as whole to made amendments in
our constitution to make this state proper Islamic i;e like we

should stand against Interest (Banking term) and other un-Islamic

laws. If we are not able to do this then I think there were no
importance any at all the struggle of Quid e Azam for partition of
India in 1947 in order to form Islamic state named as Pakistan,
and Million of people who got martyred during migration had no
value, and migrants who were slaughtered for Pakistan must be
mentally disturbed and distorted, in other word means scrap. I
must say that!!! For the reason that in result of this struggle we
see that we still didnt achieve any of our goal.
