THE CORRELATION BETWEEN MATERNAL KNOWLEDGE

PRIMIGRAVIDA ABOUT NUTRITION DURING PREGNANCY WITH


FETAL GROWTH TRISEMESTER II OF BPM TICA ZALFA MEDIKA
BURING MALANG

Pregnant women are advised to maintain a diet with


adequate nutrition and balanced. Preparations were made during
pregnancy is maintain a good nutritional intake for mothers and
babies in the womb, because during pregnancy, the fetus in the
mother's body is growing rapidly. Fetal development is strongly
influenced by adequacy of maternal nutrition. Less nutrients will
make the baby's growth interrupted. Nutritional status of
pregnant women good, then the fetus would be good and as well
as maternal health would be guaranteed.
The purpose of this research is to know the correlation
between knowledge of pregnant women about the nutritional
intake of nutrients during pregnancy with fetal Growth
Trisemester Ii Of Bpm Tica Zalfa Medika Buring Malang. This
research uses quantitative research, the number of sample as
many as 30 people and methods of sampling using saturation
sampling. Data were analyzed using statistical analysis, for
accuracy in the analytical process and hypothesis testing the
statistical analysis of this study using simple linear regression
test.
The results of analysis showed that variable regression
coefficient value of knowledge about nutrition during pregnancy
in amount of 0.164 meaning that these variables have a
relationship with the trimester fetal growth II 16.4%. obtaining
hypothesis testing have thitung in amount of 2,342 t 0,005
(2.048) so the research hypothesis is proven that there is a
relation of knowledge of pregnant women primigravida about
nutrition during pregnancy with fetal growth TM II.
