WITNESS: I, ISIDRO TORREGOZA y Taon, of legal age, single,
Filipino and at present, a resident of Brgy. Camaley, Binmaley,
Pangasinan, hereby state; That I am fully conscious of what I am going
to say, and under oath I hereby state that what I am going to answer to
the following questions are true and correct under pain of facing
criminal liability for false testimony or perjury:
ATTY. CHARLES B. CORNEL, appearing as Counsel for the
Accused, respectfully and formally offers the testimony of this witness
to:
A) Counteract and belie the accusations against him;
B) Identify the counter-affidavit he executed in relation to this
case and to testify as to other matters relevant to this case.
This Judicial Affidavit was taken at the Public Attorneys Office,
Lingayen, Pangasinan.
