Hands-on labs
These are online labs, which mean that there are no separate theory classrooms and labs. Each student is given a
computer to work with during the instructor led live sessions. Once the trainer demonstrates the implementation,
almost simultaneously the student applies the same on his/her system. Hence, the learning is online and in
presence of the trainer. Everything is practical oriented and taught through simulations of live environments.

The counsellor is responsible for maximizing
revenue by increasing conversion of the enquiries
generated at the center.
Placement Executive
Placement executive is responsible for identifying
the potential employers and generating job
requirement. He/she is also responsible for getting
the students ready for the job requirements.
Center Coordinator
Course coordinator is responsible for the quality of training delivery, he/she will take frequent feedbacks from
the students and improvise on the quality of delivery. Course coordinator is responsible for documentation of
courses conducted.
Faculty
The faculty is responsible for delivery of high quality training as required by each course.
Technical Head
He/she is a senior trainer who will head the technical faculty team.
Implementation consultancy
IIHT will provide Consultancy to all the IIHT centres to establish IIHT centres in the respective cities. This
consultancy includes the support provided in selecting a site, interiors, furniture, training kits, equipments,
advertisements and other promotional activities.
Project consultancy
IIHT will provide consultancy to the franchisee in getting their projects through. IIHT is also involved in
computerisation projects on turnkey basis, annual maintenance contract and any other projects in the area of
computers and electronics. If franchisees undertake any projects in these areas, IIHT will extend support to
the franchisees.
Examination: Centralised quarterly examinations conducted for students of all franchisees. Certificates
awarded based on the merit of performance.
Course material: Latest upgraded course material issued on a modular basis. Syllabus and material are
constantly upgraded.
Franchisee network development: Strategic implementation of new franchisees in the state to spread the
IIHT network and improve publicity. This helps improved promotional activities at shared costs.
HR development: Assistance in releasing appointment advertisements through centralized advertising
scheme and assistance in recruitment of qualified staff members. Suitable training and inception to IIHT is
given.

Promotional campaigns
This involves placing of the product, positioning the new franchisee centre and launch of new products. IIHT
will publicise by way of advertisements, press write ups in newspapers, magazines etc. This publicity will
provide support to establish IIHT centres.
Technical evaluation
Technical evaluation of students is done by conducting quizzes, seminars, technical reviews, semester
exams and practical exams. Online examinations are conducted at the end of the semester. Faculty training
programmes and assessments are also conducted to ensure that the faculty keep themselves abreast with
the latest trends and developments in the industry.
